Excellent Pilates classes and great physical therapists.

Myself and another person took a single Pilates class here. I will start by saying the facility was clean and there was a small class size. The instructor Leann was very friendly. The follow up and correspondence from Vicky afterwards is the reason we are not returning. We got quite a few texts after the fact being pushy about purchasing a package and lacked any warmness whatsoever. She then tried to imply that the trial class we were offered did not exist and we needed to pay for the first class that spent most of the time breathing and talking. I sent her the correspondence (thankfully had it in writing and also verbally) to which she then stopped with the daily text messages. From other reviews seems the payment process should cause hesitancy. Unfortunate ending and communication with potential new clients, but we have no interest in returning.

I happily worked with Dr. Nicole Tesson at H2 while recovering from a hip replacement. We also worked with my bone on bone shoulders to find ways I can use them in everyday living. Nicole is an excellent therapist! She always had a great plan for our sessions, but she took time to answer questions regarding my exercises. She is very good at offering the perfect work-around for mobility problems given my particular issues and limitations. I believe that through her ballet background combined with her PT certification she has developed amazing powers of observation and excellent attention to detail. I’ve never met a therapist with a better understanding of how our complicated bodies work!

Kim B is the most knowledgeable, caring and effective PT I have ever worked with. Her kind and gentle spirit is encouraging, supportive and non-judgemental. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend H2 Health and Wellness. As a matter of fact, all the employees there are great! Very helpful.

Best physical therapists you can get are here! I’ve come here for recovery from one hip and two knee operations. I can say the quality of care I’ve received has improved my outcomes and quality of life. I’m stronger and my pain has been greatly reduced. Also, the Pilates therapy and classes here are top notch and have targeted weakness left after surgery. You can’t do better than with the caring and top notch professionals at H2 health and wellness

Well, its safe to say I wouldn't be where I am today without H2 wellness. I cannot speak higher of the Physical therapy methods, and abilities especially that of Erma. Her gentle, yet, stern approach to my care, has turned me into the man I am today! I believe that they really transform lives, they sure did transform mine. For reference, 2 herniated disks, Degenerative disk disease, on top of hEDS, I have picked up on the physicality of my body and raise the bar for myself each day in new ways thanks to H2 and you can too.

H2H Wellness is a warm and welcoming atmosphere with knowledgeable therapists and staff. I feel lucky to go there and receive treatment. I have rehabbed from injuries well and my core strength and overall health is improved!

In a class of 4 LeAnn always takes time to ensure each participant completes the exercise with proper form. If injured, modifies or adjusts movement so I can continue to participate in class. So much energy and personality. Feels like an intermediate class.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Erma and Christine are as physical therapists. They both are helping me with multiple situations and work so well together. I also have to give a shout out to LeaAnn in Pilates and the front desk. The entire team definitely deserves 5 star +.
