Plenty of parking available, look for patient dedicated spaces just outside outpatient door. Was told to arrive 1 hour before scan was scheduled. Spent almost all of the time waiting first for check in, then technician to bring unexpected bottle of prep liquid to be drunk over 45 minutes; net result was 15 minutes late being taken to scan room. All contacts were pleasant and personable.

Everything was friendly, smooth and efficient. I arrived on the dot at 12:30 as requested for my 1:00 pm appt.and I left at 12:59, all done! Only glitch was that the male voice that gave directions during the CT scan was not completely clear to my hearing impaired ears & talked too fast at times. It would have been helpful to be told in advance what to expect, rather than have to guess. The technician assured me afterward that her view of cell tissue was clear, so I guess it worked out ok, but I was stressed and could not ask questions during the test.

Mike the technician found the error in the order that the wrong leg was to be scanned. He was very diligent to correct the mistake and so that we were able to get the CT scan in time not to delay my knee surgery. Thank you SO much!!!

It was my first time to the hospital and I missed the very small sign directing to the main entrance. Better signage is needed. I waited 45 mins in the waiting room. The staff were very friendly however.
