I had a crown and filling. The office is clean and bright and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Jeff is an excellent dentist that I have been coming to for 14 years. He is very good about explaining each step of the procedure before he starts it which really puts me at ease. The dental assistant today was Vicki and they seemed to work well together. They made the whole time as pleasant as possible

I hadnt gone to the dentist in YEARS by the time i was just out of college in 2007. I found Dr. Grout's office (there was a whitening special) and finally went in, only to be greeted by a friendly, NON-JUDGMENTAL staff. The wait was short, the service was thorough and painless, and everytime I go in they remember who I am. I trust them so much that I refer everyone to them. When I moved away for a couple of years for a job, I would make appointments and only go to the dentist when i could get in to Grout Family Dentistry on my visits back. They even worked around my schedule to help facilitate the appointment time! My boyfriend now goes there as well, and they remember and ask about the relationship every time. It has been 6 years and will be many more! -Stefani W

I was referred to Dr. Jeff when my regular dentist retired. I couldn't be happier with a dentist. His office staff makes each visit as easy as possible and he listens to my concerns about my oral condition and helps me find a solution. Prices are very good compared to other dentists in the area. Have and will continue to recommend his office.
