Dr. Chain was pleasant. It's the office staff that is terrible. Don't expect to get a response if you call this office. We found another ENT that is truly a professional practice.

Dr Chain is the BEST!!! (& the office staff are fantastic, too!) I've been seeing Dr Chain for around 10 years now, & I've always been treated with great kindness & respect (even when I was going through chemo & looked horrible)! I will CONTINUE to see Dr Chain, until he retires, or I no longer can.

They have been wonderful - the entire team. Very thorough and truly care for their patients. Highly recommend.

While Dr. Chain was very friendly, the surgery to correct my deviated septum and nasal valve collapse failed to open my left nostril. I still can't breathe freely on that side. To make matters worse, I was billed for a postoperative visit that I was told was included. Dr. Chain wanted to follow my progress since my outcome was poor. I returned 5 months after the surgery AT HIS REQUEST and as a favor to him, and now I'm being billed $151 for the visit. Despite numerous attempts to clear up the error (including two letters to Dr. Chain himself) they will not void the charge, and so it will probably go to collections and affect my credit rating. Wish I'd never met Dr. Chain.

After a having over a decade without any sense of smell and a laundry list of sinus infections, etc., I was referred by my PCP to Dr Jeffrey Chain. From the first assessment, Dr Chain was careful to understand my situation and thorough in his investigation. He was very clear in explaining my diagnosis, its causes and all the options for both immediate treatment and long term maintenance and care. I felt very included in the discussion of my treatment. Dr Chain performed my sinus surgery and aftercare over the several months following. The whole surgery experience was smooth, calm and incredibly effective beyond what I thought could be achieved. Dr Chain took great care to educate me about the procedure itself, the healing process and how my condition might evolve afterwards. I was most grateful for his interest and efforts to evaluate my condition post-surgery and to work with me to assess how my sinuses could be treated in the long term to prevent recurring issues. He made sure that the maintenance treatment he put in place was effective over the course of months post-surgery and gave thorough instructions as to how to manage my condition years into the future. I am very grateful for the excellent, careful, attentive service he provided. Thank you for a brilliant and very much appreciated result and for giving me the tools to manage this into the future! It's already made a HUGE difference to my quality of life. Dr Chain's team are also excellent. Like Dr Chain, they are all very amiable, helpful and professional. Highly recommended!!!

If there is any upside to having an ENT medical issue, it’s been being treated by Randy Taylor, MD, and his terrific medical team. Dr. Taylor takes the time to listen to your concerns, explain your medical issue, and be direct and compassionate in his approach to your treatment. I feel I am in such good hands with Dr. Taylor. Plus, when you call his office you can actually speak to real people. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my ENT care.

It was such a relief to meet with Dr. Chain. I’ve had pain and discomfort on the bridge if my nose that travels to my forehead. I went to my PCP and she sent me to an ophthalmologist because she thought it had to do with my eye glasses. The ophthalmologist checked my eyes and concluded I needed an ENT. The minute Dr. Chain walked into the examination room he was very friendly and sympathetic to my concern that two physicians could not help, or even diagnose my symptoms. Dr. Chain did a thorough exam of my nostrils and found the cause of my pain and discomfort. Excellent service from beginning to end.
