List of Julie Seibert's Reviews
Dr. Seibert misdiagnosed my relative due to an extremely rushed visit, failure to complete a comprehensive evaluation, and a refusal to return phone calls. It wasn't simply a tricky case that any doctor could misdiagnose - it was completely due to poor quality of care. I have never felt compelled to leave a review before, but if anyone has a vulnerable relative who needs more than a 15-minute consultation, you'll definitely want to go elsewhere.
I had a very bad experience with this doctor. She laughed to my face because I was 'anxious', as well as being very dismissive and rude.
Waited weeks ….. what a waste of 10 minutes and 60 dollars. Save your time, money and sanity and find a Dr that cares…. This one does NOT😕
I have been seeing Dr. Seibert for 5 years, since my diagnosis. She's thorough, patient, and prompt. She doesn't BS, and tells it to you straight. She helped me get the best medicine available, even though insurance wants you to try all the cheaper ones first.
I was referred to Dr. Seibert specifically after diagnosed with MS. She was on time, very direct and clearly explained my treatment options. I left the appointment feeling very hopeful. I was happy with her communication and am excited to have her support through this MS journey.
After a memory loss episode I was referred to a neurologist and did a telehealth call with Dr Seibert. Dr Seibert did not spend much time with me to understand the episode or the history and said that it was Transient Global Amnesia (also what the ER doc said). She said I would never have another. 3 months later, I had another seizure (what I now know was what happened the first time around) and lost more time. I have since found a neurologist who cares and started testing for MS as I had optic neuritis when I was younger and now am having seizures. I would never recommend Seibert to a patient looking for a neurologist. On top of the lack of caring and empathy - the 9 minute What's App call cost $335 thankfully insurance paid most of it.
Professional direct
It took me months to get an appointment. When I finally did, I spent more time in the waiting room than at the appointment. She did not seem to care at all and spent maybe 5 min with me. I saw a different neurologist who actually ran tests and was able to help me. A waste of time and money.
This office has no accountability and the doctors don't care. Our first meeting she said "these people are 2 weeks out of Starbucks" as an excuse for why nobody ever follows up or answers the phone. Lost paperwork, excuses and sometimes flat out lies seem to be the norm here. Trust me, there are much better neurology practices out there.
Charged me over $400 and checked my reflexes, looked into my pupils, told me she didn't see anything and ordered an MRI. Had her assistant call back to say MRI looked normal and refused to call me back to look into any additional care on post concussion syndrome. Avoid this doctor. Total money grab. By the way, all this cost me 5 weeks of valuable time that could have been spent with a competent doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
