Everyone here is amazing! Incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and personable! Front desk process was a breeze. Thank you to everyone I talked to!

I'm very disappointed with the front desk at this office. I've been going to this practice for over 10 years and the doctors are good, but the staff and front desk are very rude and unwelcoming. They act like the patients are a nuisance. Today, I called asking them if I can get in because I woke up coughing up green mucus with blood. The front desk lady was so rude. Without consulting a doctor, she said, "we don't have any spots, just go to the urgent care" and hung up on me. I never felt so pushed aside before.

I've been going to this clinic for about 8-10 years. I find this office to be incompetent and unresponsive. To this point I've tolerated their substandard performance to avoid the hassle of searching for a new clinic; however, I think I have reached my breaking point with these people. I tested positive for Covid Friday night. I called and left a message Saturday and Sunday for their on-call physician to call me and no call back. I have health risk factors, but apparently that's no concern. I'm done with them. Tomorrow I will find a new and hopefully better clinic. If you are considering Littleton Internal Medicine I'd recommend you look elsewhere.

My wife and I, as well as several other family members have been patients of Dr Conway for many years (decades?)! We have always found he and his staff to be friendly, compassionate, competent, caring, professionals! They have helped us manage our medical requirements and the occasional health challenges with skill and alacrity. They are always friendly, patient and knowledgeable. In these trying times we find Dr Conway and Littleton Internal Medicine to be a throwback to a kinder, gentler era of caring medical relationships. We count ourselves lucky to be some of their many satisfied patients, and will be well into the future!

My doctor left. I gotta find a new doctor outside of this office. They care nothing about there patients. My dad’s doctor and the group of nurses are jerks.

My wife has been coming to this practice for many years, I just started coming a few years ago because they had openings for new clients. I am not impressed. I have no issues with the people that check you in and the nurses that do the regular vitals and what not. My issue come with the doctors they think they are always right and don't listen to the patients even if the issue has been going on for years. I am on medication that they prescribed and if I get off it my world is not right. I feel like I am sick, dizzy, anxious, and not well in general. The only way they will update my meds that I am now addicted to is to come see them every year. I am not saying a yearly exam is bad but for a young person do you really need to do a physical, blood work, and several exams ever year? I want to say no. I have had at least 6 years since my last physical and which at that point yes I needed a physical. But after the one last year they want me to do all this over again when nothing in my health has changed. With that being said not until I see them again will they prescribe my meds that they made me addicted to again. All I got to say if you can find a different primary doctor use them before you go with this clinic.

The staff( doctors,nurses, social workers,front desk staff) are not very friendly and quite rude. I've been called names or heard disrespectful, rude things being said about me. The doctors doesn't listen. They are slow and you have to call to get anything done like tests,blood work, ECT. There's one nurses in particular that that is very rude and judgegemental. I'm disabled and feel like I get treated badly due to it which is very upsetting. if you have a disability especially mental or developmental I would definitely not recommend this place.

Dr Good was my Doctor for many years. He took excellent care of my husband and I for over 20 years. He always amazed me with his quick response and diagnosis and he always remembered details of my previous conditions and meds - and he was aways right!! We moved and that made me appreciate him even more, he is an Excellent Doctor!

I love Dr Strohl and her staff. She treats me with respect and gives me a lot of time on my visits. I never feel like she is rushing through my exam.

I am a retired physician and have been going to this practice for the past 13 years. The staff is excellent, I get appointments in a timely fashion, wait times are appropriate, the Physicians Assistant is personable and knowledgeable and the physicians are very knowledgeable and up to date.
