List of Madelyn Palmer's Reviews
Dr. Palmer is an outstanding Doctor with a great bedside manner. I would give her a 5 + if I could. Very much on top of things. She is very kind and very professional in her profession.
I enjoy my visits with Dr. Palmer. She listens to what I say and provides spot on recommendations.
All I can say is do your homework. If I could give negative stars I would. I would not recommend this office to Veterans or their families.
I just wanted to give a shout out to the new receptionist. She is a sweet and beautiful dark-skinned girl, and I can’t say enough good things about her. I’m used to cranky, stressed-out receptionists at that clinic, so she is a breath of fresh air for the clinic. She even made me a new insurance card since I had lost my original. She is an angel. You did right by hiring her!
I've seen Dr. Palmer for a couple of decades. She's very friendly, listens to me, will give me alternative remedies since she knows I don't like meds. It is extremely difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner. I do not like her PA and decided I'd wait to see the doctor. I recently had an injury and couldn't wait the 2-3 weeks to see the doctor, so I settled for her PA who misdiagnosed my issue. I have been dealing with extreme pain for 6 weeks, went to the ER for some treatment and no one from this practice folllowed up with me.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I removed my family from this practice, and I would not recommend for Veterans, or their dependents.

Dr. Palmer is a great listener and very compassionate. Highly recommend her. While at previous appointments the staff has seemed rude or uncaring, this time it was a completely different experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
