MIchelle Caldwell's Online Review Report Card

I’ve gone to Dr Caldwell since Sept 2020. She is very caring and explains everything. I’m excited to get my upper arch on June 3, 2021!

Heads up, Dr. Caldwell has moved on and sold this practice to Dr. Brennan Bonati. And for some weird reason, the practice has now been renamed to Dentist Near Me Lakewood. I'm guessing that's either all about SEO or maybe to make it easier to avoid Yelp reviews, who knows. But I was first seen for a cleaning before Dr. Caldwell left and had a horrible experience with the male dental hygienist (I think his name is Chad). He is a great dental hygienist to see if you like having your mouth beat up just to have your teeth cleaned. He has no sense of when he's hurting someone or when he's being too rough and the worst part is, he knows it and doesn't care. I have never been in such pain after a hygiene appointment and when I told him this his response was that he "tends to get carried away". When I mentioned it to Dr. Caldwell she seemed to know it was an issue and whispered to me to make sure to see Teresa instead for my next appointment. The office is very conveniently located for me, so I figured I'd give it another shot 6 months later with Teresa who did turn out to be fantastic and professional. She was gentle and thorough in her cleaning. Unfortunately, even when you're not being treated by him, Chad is still a problem because for some reason they allow him to blast inappropriate music while working on patients. So while you're getting a great cleaning with Teresa, you still get to be stressed out by Chad as he blasts an EDM and rap music mash up playlist from the cubicle next to you. You also get to listen to Teresa jokingly complain about his inconsiderate music. And I don't know about you, but I don't need anything else to stress me out while I'm at the dentist and I prefer to go to practices that make an effort to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I really wish they did that here. Dr. Bonati seemed to be very nice and I like how he explained things to me and I liked Teresa but I will not be back as long as Chad is working there. It's not worth it. I also really have to wonder about a medical office that would allow such unprofessional service and behavior.

My favorite dentist thus far! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took great care of me and my teeth! I highly recommend Michelle and her amazing staff members.

I had such a great experience here. Michelle was awesome, her tech, Meghan, was great, and the front staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her. She even polished a stain from my tooth (from old dental work) - without trying to pressure me into expensive repairs or veneers! Highly recommended. I have definitely found a new dentist!

I am an apprehensive patient. Michelle came as a recommendation by colleagues of mine at the time.I was full of cavities and had an abscessed tooth.I called an was immediately scheduled and taken care of. That was 4 years ago and I am thrilled to say that because of Michelle and her amazing staff- Mercedes, Teresa and others-- I have a plan of care and a healthy smile. It is a luxury to have a dentist and staff that are forthcoming and informative every step of the way. I am staying with this dentist and encourage any apprehensive patient out there to see what it is like to finally get great dental care.

Dr Caldwell is the best dentist you could ever find. It was about 6 yrs ago that i was fortunate enough to find her. I had a crown fall off, I was looking online for someone in my area so I called the office she got me in that very day. Wonderful person and Dentist, I absolutely love the staff. I have gone to her ever since and now two of my sisters do as well. She has made going to the dentist a pleasant experience for me. where most doctors don't even care about their patients , they see them as dollar signs not as people. Dr Caldwell always calls to check on me after hrs FROM HER HOME just to make sure i am ok if i have had some dental work done (ie root canals) How many Dr's do that : ) She's the BEST !

Dr. Caldwell is a great dentist. Her office is nice, the work areas are very clean, and the staff is very nice. No one likes going to the dentist, but this place is about as good as one can expect.

Dr.Caldwell definetly knows her stuff...just when shes got you hooked on the right meds then she knows for sure shes got your business cause now you need her. Be CAREFUL!
