Used to be smiling and friendly. This time, short, seemed annoyed with extra questions, rushed. Every other dermatologist I’ve ever gone to would freeze certain spots on request. She would freeze 10 spots (taking 5 sencond each) for $100, 20 for extra $200. What a rip! Won’t go back. .

The front desk assistant was friendly and professional. There wasn't much paperwork to fill out which was awesome! The Medical Assistant (Shaley?) was very kind and professional and prepared me for my visit with the doctor. I went in for an annual all over skin check, and Dr. Chevalier was personable, thorough, and let me know what she was doing during the assessment. I was a new patient and will continue to be a patient.

Everything about Dr Chevalier’s practice is warm and welcoming, from the front office staff to her aides, Shaya and Penny, to the Doctor herself, who is personable and professional. She’s been caring for me and my wife for at least 12 years. I wouldn’t want to see anyone else.
