Absolutely the WORST DR and Staff! Did not listen, did not answer questions. Horrible bedside manner, and would not say a word to me about what the plan was after the appt. And the staff, especially the nurse, was not any better. I had to wait an hour just to find out what he thought and what he was going to do for me. And that was only through the staff. All for a $300 charge! And because I have chronic pain issues and had been taking a lot of it for years, he wanted to just take me off asap. Didn't even ask why I was taking it. And his staff was just as nasty as him. I would NEVER recommend him. 'He does have on partner, Dr. McCarty who has different staff, and they are much better, but even he doesn't seem too concerned about my health, prior abnormal tests and why or what the cause is for my chronic pain. They both order all kinds of tests w/out explaining what or why, and they both may be double/over charging insurance.

I have never had worse service anywhere. The Ft. Desk manager was the worst. She hung up on me for asking to have my mother in laws blood work mailed to her, instead of coming in and paying another copay. Dr. Johnson was fine. But will never go back because of her.

Dr Johnson's bedside manner is horrible. He gets upset when you try to explain to him what is wrong with you. He literally has no patience at all. He gets agitated if you try to explain a situation to him. He is condesending and has no empathy towards his patients. He literally "hunt and pecks" on his keyboard the whole time you are in his exam room. He expains that he has to "type in" notes. I say it is rude and a waste of the patients time. He never has touched me once and I have been there several times. The only thing good is he is prompt for his appointments and doesn't keep you waiting. Beware if you have high blood pressure, as he doesn't knock when entering the exam room; rather he barges in. Extremely rude and unproffessional.
