Lindsay Fawcett was great. She explained everything as we went along and was very kind as she went about my procedure.
All the personnel that I dealt with today were very kind and knowledgeable. Lindsay Fawcett was wonderful. Best experience I’ve had seeing a new doctor and staff. Highly recommend this clinic!!
Ann was knowledgeable and friendly. Her professional and kind demeanor made my visit very pleasant. Would definitely recommend her to anyone needing gastrointestinal care.
The staff here are all very nice, but the coordination of care has been awful. At my first appointment three months ago I was told we were going to take a wait-and-see approach to some abnormal bloodwork. In anticipation of my follow-up visit this week, I had my blood drawn again, and that’s where things fell apart. I don’t know who put in the order for the labs, but the initial order wasn’t complete and a few days after I got my labs done, an MA called and said they forgot to order a test and that I needed to go back to the lab to get blood drawn for another test. Imagine my frustration, then, when I showed up for my follow-up visit yesterday only to be told that the correct bloodwork still hadn’t been ordered. The provider even asked ME if I knew what tests they ordered! How would I? Your office put them in electronically and I never even saw them. Furthermore, the doctor asked that I watch my Labcorp account and said that I should call HER when I saw my results come in. Seriously? Isn’t that what a provider is supposed to do? To add to my frustration, with what limited information HAD been received from my labs a procedure was suggested that I’m not even entirely sure is beneficial for my situation. When asked if perhaps we should wait and see if the next round of labs would provide a more comprehensive picture of what was going on, I was told that we should just do this procedure anyway and that I could come back in 3 months again to review my updated lab work and results from the procedure. My experience here has felt uncoordinated and disorganized. The people are nice, but things are so scattered that I’m not convinced that good care is actually being provided. I will be exploring other options.
Ann was very concerned with helping me!! I want her to know how grateful she made me feel!!
Brooke (RD) was awesome. Great place for care so far.
Very nice place the staff are excellent as well as my doctor. Even when they gave me some not so good news they were very caring and are positive they can help me.
Ann and Amanda were both wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable. They are both very caring and listen to what you say.
I absolutely appreciate the amazing employee's that work here! The personalities alone, make you feel so comfortable. Dr. Sumy Anderson is truly amazing and patient.
Amy was very caring, listened to me and I didn’t feel rushed. She order more tests to find out what is going on with me. When I went to the ER at Porter I felt like I was rushed out of there the ER doctor ordered a CT and said the didn’t see anything I was good to go home. No further tests and I was still in a lot of pain. Amy was very concerned and order tests to rule out other things it may possibly be. I would recommend her to my family and friends. Pamela

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
