the amazing relief I got from peggy was fantastic. The technique she uses has gave me a great releif in my knee. I had a very stiff painful knee and since attending peggy the results have been amazing. I highly recommend her and also the cupping technique she uses also is a great healer.

Rhianna introduced me to Chinese medicine. She's very patient and spent a great deal of time discussing my health goals. I don't feel like her goal is to get me in and out as quickly as possible - she wants to provide the best treatment possible. Her treatments have been very effective; as someone who has a constant headache, I've noticed the severity of that headache go down and stay down. She's very open to feedback, and makes the experience relaxing. She's helped me craft a hybrid of Chinese and Western treatments that I find beneficial, and she tailors each session to my needs that day. Her office is convenient, clean, and comfortable. I just recently began my journey with acupuncture and I'm so glad it is with Sunrise Lotus! Rhianna, who owns Sunrise Lotus, runs her practice with great care and professionalism. Any nervousness I had going in for my first treatment was put to ease right away. She greets you and welcomes you in and takes thorough time to really sit down with you and address your needs and concerns on a human level. She doesn't treat you like a patient, she treats you like a friend. She really cares about your well being, and it shows. Not only does she know her stuff while providing acupuncture treatments and through her use of Chinese herbs, she also provides some great advice and insight to lifestyle habits that can really target some of the concerns you have. I know her advice really helped me! I came in because I've dealt with sleep and fatigue issues for years, along with fairly serious digestive issues. I had tried everything before beginning acupuncture. I would find temporary relief with some over the counter sleep medications, but they never addressed the real cause of my issues and they came with nasty side affects. I needed something better. I had gone through a myriad of diet shifts and changes in eating habits to try and pinpoint my digestive issues and with this as well, I realized I needed to find a better treatment. I'm amazed so far, really, at how well acupuncture has worked with my body. It's so relaxing and I can tell my body responds positively to it. I think it's so important to understand that living in modern society, our bodies are assaulted on a daily basis from toxins and chemicals and environmental hazards. We are also so hyper-stimulated and drained from trying to keep up imbalanced lives. On top of that add stress and emotional concerns from life events and it all takes a toll. I think acupuncture can really help address all of what our bodies go through and help us find the balance we need to thrive. I highly recommend Sunrise Lotus and Rhianna!
