Of all medical offices I’ve been to, everyone from the staff to the hygienists and Dr Oldroyd are the warmest most professional people I’ve ever dealt with. Their attitudes are so genuine and Dr Oldroyd is always accommodating while offering any help (including financial) within his purview. Oldroyd Family Dentistry is the model office by which all others should consider this the standard. Thank all of you for doing it right.

Dr. Rotert/Dr. Oldroyd and their team always take care of me with kindness, thoroughness, the utmost professionalism, and patience. I could not imagine better dentists for my concerns. Very honest and courteous. Very positive experience all along the line. Thank you very much for your dedication and commitment!

My husband and I have been going here for a couple years now and are not super impressed. I scheduled a wisdom tooth extraction for all four teeth, approximately 9 months ahead of time and I come in to get it done and they said the surgeon was out sick and in the hospital. I understand his health was at risk and it was not in anyone's control but I never got a voicemail, text, or e-mail about my wisdom teeth extraction being cancelled. I had taken PTO at work and made sure all three of my kids were taken care of that day and for the weekend to prepare for this so it would have been nice to know about ahead of time. The office assistants said they had left a voicemail but on my end, I did not get one. I think confirming or following up with me if I had received a message about my cancelled surgery would have been helpful. Also, the few times I have been in to check out after my cleaning/appointment along with when I have called to make changes to future appointments, one of the receptionist continues to be short with me, rushing my questions, and sounds somewhat irritated. I understand they can be busy so I take this with a grain of salt. My husband went in recently for a cleaning and said one of the office assistants had a baby there with them and it appears something was made in the office area for the baby to be there often or regularly. I get it-things happen last minute, child care is hard to find and expensive, and children come first but not sure if this will be a regular situation in the office or was just a one time thing... The dental hygienists I have had for my cleanings and procedure were really nice and knowledgable. I appreciate them and their hard work!

Dr. Oldroyd and Staff are Amazing🌸

When he opened my mouth I felt great energey coursing through my veins. My teeth got fixed in a matter of minutes he was so kind to help me get fixed and ready to go. yee haw

I recently took my daughter with me for a “happy visit” and the staff at Oldroyd did a wonderful job! They explained everything as they did my cleaning, then let her ride in the chair with me, counted her teeth, and even showed her around the office as I finished up paperwork. Couldn’t have asked for a better first dentist experience for her. Thank you!

Dr. Todd Oldroyd is professional and receptive. Smart and intuitive. I have a zirconia crown now and its amazing! He understood the issue with the crack between my roots and made a competent decision to flatten my existing tooth in preparation, slight more than usual, for placement of the crown so more even pressure would be displaced rather than force being displaced in opposing directions. AAA staff. Well recommended.

I was lucky enough to grow up having my uncle as my dentist for most of my life until he retired and I moved away. Since then, I have struggled for the last 7 years of finding a dentist that I like. Just had my first appointment here and I am so happy that I was referred to them. Such a friendly staff all around and they seem to take a conservative approach which I appreciate. I’m so thrilled to have finally found a dentist that I love!

I’ve been a patient of Oldroyd’s for 3-4 years. They’ve done crowns, teeth whitening, cleaning, everything I need. The service, the team, the space are all 5 star. I couldn’t be happier going to a dentist.
