Life changing experience, Woke up paralyzed from the waist down, Left rehab 3 weeks later on a walker. I will never be the same. Never even a phone call after my follow up, where he was all smiles...Will never know the real story regarding my surgery. Stay away !!!

I had a procedure using the Globus Medical Arial device. It was unsuccessful and provided no pain relief. No one should expect any guarantees from a surgical procedure, and I certainly didn't. My negative review of this practice is based solely on their complete disinterest and indifferent attitude toward patients including: no post surgical follow-up, a rude front office staff or recommendations for any appropriate alternative options. There are plenty of competent surgeons. Find one who cares!!!!!

Both my wife and I used Chad Prusmack. I was medically retired after his procedure 5 yrs ago and suffer daily from sciatica. My wife had mid thoracic pain and he did surgery on her cervical spine. She still suffers from the same thoracic pain. 0 stars.

Great experience with Dr. Prusmack, PA David and the whole office team. Had cervical disc replacements in 2018 and 2022. Surgeries went great and am pain free. Skilled surgeon and very kind, knowledgeable team. Highly recommend.

I was recommended by my PI attorney. I was in a car accident that further damaged my already surgically repaired cervical spine. I also had significant injuries to my shoulder which also needs to be addressed. I went to my appointment and met with his PA, not him. When speaking with the PA I Informed him I already had the shoulder scheduled and proceeded to tell me bad idea, neck needs to be done first. Then I asked if the DR, who was not present, would speak the the shoulder DR to determine the best course of action he laughed in my face and said that will never happen. So sorry that his 5 minutes is more important that making sure a mistake is not made in an attempt to repair my neck which is pretty important to me but not to them apparently. He then said he would talk to DR and discuss and would call me back early in the week. Never happened and they just called to schedule a surgery with someone who thinks they are too important to speak to me directly , no thanks.

please be careful. Dr Prusmack had wonderful credentials but in 3 different cases including my 35 year old daughter has made their pain and motion levels worse tban they were going into surgeries
