I had a failed spine fusion performed by Dr Jamrich in March, 2022 and was preparing to have him redo the surgery in February of this year. I emailed his assistant several questions I had after having an office visit with him to go over the revised surgery. After not receiving an answer, I checked in with the assistant 9 days later and she said, “my questions were on his desk and she would try to get him to answer them that day”. When I did not hear from him for two months, I contacted them again. I was informed he had sold his practice and that I should book an appointment to get the answers to my questions. I felt his total lack of follow-up regarding his failed surgery was very unprofessional and I cannot recommend him. His refusing to provide an answer to my questions for over two months, while I was in pain, demonstrated that I did not want to deal with him again nor could I recommend him. Would give 0 stars if it was possible

Dr. Jamrich is the best spinal orthopedic surgeon in the area, hands down! I have consulted with many surgeons across the Country and found the best right here in Colorado. He did an amazing job completely revising my spinal fusion surgery and I finally got lasting relief, after suffering for 40 years.

Dr Jamrich is the best. Explains everything and he really does care.

He is engaged in your history. He believes you have pain. He is kind and willing to help when others tell you to lose weight.

His staff welcomes you into his office, where Dr. Jamrich listens to each detail of your story. It isn't just about your pain, it is about your future and having a life. He developed a plan for me to let me continue training show dogs, garden and enjoy activities with family. Following surgery Dr. Jamrich and his wonderful assistant stayed in touch for any issues, pain control and progress. They don't dissappear after surgery. They are a call away. I highly recommend Dr. Jamrich and his staff!

My 85 yr old father had back pain. Dr Jamerich decide surgery was best. My father and I had great concern of having surgery at his age. The day of surgery he really didn’t want it. I expressed concerns over memory loss, as his last surgery affected his memory. Dr Jamerich assured us he would be fine within a month. My father lost at least 1/2 of his memory of what he had prior too surgery!!!! He was never the same! The surgery was not successful!! Dad was left with more pain! After this surgery Dad went downhill extremely fast! I encourage whoever reads this DO NOT have surgery over 75-80 unless it’s a lifesaving procedure! Ask around, do your research on the Dr and procedure on elderly!!! I wish we would have!

I spent 8 months in the worst pain a person can imagine (level 100 out of a scale of 1-10). I couldn't sit down and had to be in the back of my husband's car on my knees leaning over a seat to go to any appointments since the pain was intolerable (and I have a high tolerance for pain). I started with UCHealth's Spine Center (worked with top resources), UCHealth PT (which is $500 per hour because any location is considered in-hospital PT under the UCHealth umbrella). At UCHealth, I was led through 4 injections for SI Joint and 1 injection for L5S1...none of which helped, in fact, they made me worse each time. In desperation to get my issue figured out, I went to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN to get clarification. They looked at my MRI and quickly got to the bottom of my issue...they recommended a discectomy on L5S1. Colorado insurance would not approve for Mayo to do the procedure. Gratefully, I met a lady in Lone Tree, through a physician's practice, and we started to discuss my back issue when she saw I was walking with a cane. She said she had a successful back surgery from Dr. Eric Jamrich and could not say enough good things about his skill and expertise. She interviewed 9 surgeons before deciding on Dr. Jamrich. Based on her feedback, I contacted Dr. Jamrich's office to make an appointment. I met with Dr. Jamrich, he reviewed my MRI, then recommended PT followed by discectomy if PT did not help. I went through 2 sessions of PT and we came to the conclusion there was no option but to have the discectomy due to my pain level. The discectomy in July 2020, removed my sciatic pain. Since surgery, I have not had to take any pain medication, not even immediately after surgery. Following surgery, I have done PT through Lone Tree Physical Therapy (the Mayo of Physical Therapy). It is the best PT I've experienced (I've found to be much better than UCHealth and Steadman Hawkins) and they were recommended by Rocky Mountain Spine Clinic. I'm now pain free following surgery. Since there are certain muscle groups that I have not use for several months, PT is helping me gain back all of my muscle functions and I can tell a significant difference each session. My spine issue/major sciatica was resolved through the discectomy. The office staff at Rocky Mountain Spine Clinic is superb, Dr. Eric Jamrich's nurse (Michelle) is equally outstanding. The staff at SkyRidge Medical Center Operating Room also have utmost respect for Dr. Eric Jamrich. He's brilliant and compassionate toward each patient's issue(s). Bottom line is, Rocky Mountain Spine Clinic/Dr. Eric Jamrich and staff, genuinely care about each patient's well being. Without question, they are subject matter experts on the spine and if one chooses, and is a candidate for care/surgery, you couldn't be in better hands. If you read this, and you're in a similar situation and need a discectomy, make sure to follow the recovery instructions to a T. Purchase 4 grabbers to have around the house and anytime you drop something and need to pick something up, pick it up with a grabber for a lifetime. Also practice log rolling before surgery where it becomes second nature for a lifetime as well...much better way of getting in and out of bed or off a massage table ongoing. Minimizing BLT (Bending Lifting Twisting) and keeping the core strong, are the greatest preventative measures to follow for a lifetime no matter what age. Forever grateful for the care given at RMSP, to Dr. Eric Jamrich & Michelle (nurse), and front desk/back office staff. They don't come any better...

I have been a patient of Dr Jamrich for many years. I would not trust any other doctor to manage my degenerative disc disease. He is a gentle, soft spoken man, who makes procedures as easy as possible. His office has a wonderful staff, who is always kind and helpful! His Medical Assistant, Michelle has been with Dr Jamrich for many years and always returns calls in a timely matter and is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. All of the above mentioned makes me feel like I’m part of the team, which I feel I should be. I highly recommend Dr. Jamrich and the entire Rocky Mountain Spine Clinic family! You won’t be sorry.

I don't think he realizes how much relief he has brought to my entire family. Five years after my husband herniated two disks we finally crossed paths with Dr. Jamrich. His common sense and straight forward approach to his work, the process improvement work his clinic has done to stream line appointments and surgeries felt unreal to us after so much churn and unrest with other practices. He took the time to understand exactly what he needed to do before he operated on my husband and was the first person to provide my husband any physical relief. We are very grateful for Dr Jamrich and will recommend him to anyone in need of an evaluation for back issues.
