everyone was nice, courtesy, and professional. did have one nurse not able to find vein but did not hesitate to get assistances and the other nurse had no problem coming in and helping out and found the vein right away......good team work!

Perfect facility , love the service they provide , clean nice and modern , doctors and nurses are all so professional .

I cant fathom this place attaining new patients. It is one of the most expensive clinics because youre billed from two different entities so youre paying an astronomical amount for each visit. Their new patient process and billing process should also be clearly documented and warned on their site, but its not. The process to establish care: 1. Questionaire meeting: Im calling it a questionnaire because they essentially just ask questions. No exam, no tests will be ordered. Nothing happens. They make you go in, to bill you. Under my plan, I was billed 500 from both entities altogether. My biggest gripe is actually that an actual questionnaire wouldve been better. One of the questions that every doctor should ask is allergies. My appointment was ending and i happened to remember to bring it up. 2. The actual doctor examination: I never got to this step because i cant afford bills like this. Also they could not get my medical records from my previous doctor despite given months notice and having signed all the forms in advance so i canceled as its a pretty incompetent office.

It took me 5 months to get a new patient appointment in March 2024. Dr Phillips was great initially but now has canceled the last 3 appointments. Please stop lying to the patients telling us she is out sick. Beware the procedures at UC Health are outrageously $$$$$$$$$. I ended up having my colonoscopy done elsewhere. I was billed $7000 for an echocardiogram

Usually a pretty good experience here. It's clean, and the people are nice. If you want less of a wait time, go early in the morning.

Dr Cherkuri was very attentive and was ready to answer any questions I posed with patience. She encouraged me to ask further if I don’t understand the answer. The entire staff were very cordial and I couldn’t have asked for more.

When I arrived at the location for my annual visit I was told that my appointment was cancelled, because my primary care doctor left the office a month ago. I even called 2 days earlier before my appointment date to confirm my appointment and was told on the phone that it would be 8:20AM with my doctor. The front desk lady didn't bother to apologize at all, saying that they sent a message in my patient portal, and the system is showing my appointment when I called a couple of days earlier. There was no such message in my portal after I double checked again. With other offices, when a doctor leaves, I usually get emails or text or mails but this office didn't do anything. They charge you fines if you don't show up for your appointment but wouldn't apologize if they cannot keep up their appointment.

We used to LOVE this clinic, but over the last 6 months or so it must have changed management or something because it's like the sunshine left the staff. Extremely difficult to get an appt (same day is impossible), questions in the portal are not returned, you're going to have a student or a manager want to sit in on all your appts which leaves your Dr feeling under a microscope instead of focusing on you. I miss how it used to be.
