Wish I could give 0 stars. I've spent the past 5 days on hold for over an hour a day (not joking) to try to make an appointment with the radiology appointment. They won't pick up their phone. I've contacted member services literally 6 times and no one has helped me. It's pathetic and just not acceptable. On another occasion, my doctor referred me to another Kaiser doctor over an hour away. The doctor said he doesn't do what I'm looking for. So $40 was wasted and 2 hours worth of driving. I attempted to file a complaint to at LEAST get my copay back and they denied it. Absolutely pathetic. I hate Kaiser.
i have been a kaiser member for 5 years when i got cancer these folks stepped up to the plate and have helped me beat it nobodys perfect in any business and i know from being self employed but these folks do everything possible to make it right and fix it fast! i cant say enough thank you all
This location has been nothing but great experiences for me over the past 2 years since I switched to Kaiser. Dr. Railsback is wonderful--- the lab, radiology, pharmacy--- everyone has been awesome.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
