I contacted Dr. Kaminski just as they were closing for the weekend. He was most willing to help me set up an appt. I couldn't believe how cordial he was! Set up appt. for the following week. I was so impressed with him and the rest of his staff! He was very thorough and explained everything in 'layman' language. He scheduled me with Dr. Stewart for cataract surgery. I called today stating I had heard nothing. Again, office was closed. ( My timing isn't good). BUT..Dr. Kaminski returned my call within an hour.. apologizing that Dr. Stewart hadn't returned my call after two attempts. He said he would follow up on it Tuesday, first thing. How many doctors do THAT?! He's the best in my book. I'll be seeing him again and again! Don't hesitate to give him a call. You won't regret it!

Because they 'Don't keep petty cash" I was sent (eyes dilated with no protection) to the gas station down the block to make change for my $10 bill so that I could pay with exact change. They have no respect for patients.

I was trying to verified a charge that was made against my credit card. I was threaten with a collection agency. I not only found the threat offensive, but left me with the feeling of their dishonesty.

This office was extremely rude when I was inquiring about a charge made to my credit call and threaten to send me to a collection agency. I found it very unprofessional and would never go back there again.

I had a very good experience in being treated for dry-eye. The doctor took time to explain what was happening, how he would treat it and what to expect in terms of response to medication.

My wife had a terrible time with them getting the prescription right. They tried to blame her and then our other eye doctor. Hello!....we have been getting glasses for 30+ years. We are not picky or difficult, but these people dropped the ball. The bad things is that they just did not understand what they were doing.

Tried to make my glasses four times (last time was one glass off the center and one rotated by 7 degrees compared to the other. After they screwed up completely the doc kicked me out, asking me to find another doctor. They never gave me my original glasses back.
