I am actually writing about Jamonte in Dr. Paddack's office. I have never met Jamonte, but i have spoken with him twice by phone in the past month or so. He is an exceptional professional in his role as the initial "voice" for the urology office. Both times I called it was because of a health concern. Jamonte listened and referred my concern and questions to the appropriate person w/i the practice. Jamonte is a calm and reassuring presence on the other end of the phone line; he is a patient, careful and compassionate listener; he is responsive. I sincerely hope his contribution to the team is recognized and rewarded!

Doctor emphatically stated that I should withdrawn from a medication that was causing ED. I gradually tapered off the medication and have had 'brain zaps' for the past few months. I still have ED and was amazed that he never recommended a follow up appointment.

Great doctor with above average bed side manner. Recently performed surgery for a kidney stone and I could not of been in better hands. Dr. Paddack presents himself in a professional manner while maintaining an approachable and engaged demeanor. He is well spoken and enthusiastic in his work. Above all else, in my experience, he is genuinely concerned for his patients and their well being. I have NO reservations recommending him to anyone in need of a doctor whose motivation is to help patients.

I went into the ER for the second time in 5 days in excruciating pain with a kidney stone He did the procedure to rid me of it. He was wonderful. And, all the staff working with him were exceptional.
