List of Kaiser Permanente's Reviews
Very rude staff. Called into the pharmacy to ask a simple question, and whomever answered was rude and spoke down to me like I was a child. I never even asked my question, as this person's disposition indicated that they are clearly annoyed by their job, 24/7. Absolute garbage insurance & rude employees. Somehow I have to give at least 1 star, but it should be zero.
I've been with Kaiser in Colorado since the 70's. Over this long period of time I've seen the level of Kaiser services go from fantastic to fairly dismal. The aspect that still shines is how quickly you can see your Primary Care Physician, usually the same day or the next day. But when you need to step up a level to a specialist everything falls apart. To see a spine specialist, for instance, as I need, you can't get to the spine clinic without an MRI. It takes 1 1/2 to 2 months to get an MRI. Then 2 months more to see the spine specialist. If surgery is needed, 2 more months. This has now been going on so long that it's obvious Kaiser just doesn't care. In the last few years in cases where I've eventually needed surgery it took a year from the time I first reported the problem to my primary care to when I got the surgery. Oh... and I just booked a dermatology appointment. That is a two month wait. My primary care suggested I try acupuncture for my spine. I got the first appointment quickly, a 1 week wait. He said we wanted to see me weekly. The next available appointment was 2 months. I gave up.UPDATE! I'm in need of 2 SI joint fusion surgeries to relieve 24/7 pain in my back, hips, and legs. The surgeon told me to call and schedule a Radio Frequency Ablation to tide me over until he could do the surgery in about 6 weeks. I called. The next available appointment was 3 months out! It should be illegal for Kaiser to provide this kind of service. Maybe I should make my next payment 3 months out.
This Longmont Kaiser office is absolutely ridiculous. By their operations you'd never know there was a public health calamity going on. Need a vaccine or booster? Dont even bother with this office whatsoever - they dont accept walk-ins for your Covid-19 shot. Nevermind that 800,000 Americans have died so far.Absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the Rock Creek -Lafayette office has their Covid-vax operation running full time - you don't even need an appointment - they're so desparate, as they should be, to vax as many people as possible that they'll vax anybody with a Kaiser card, with or without an appointment.Services at this Longmont Kaiser office has a screw loose somewhere.
I’m fan of Kaiser hospital and insurance. We moved from Washington-Bellevue to Colorado- Longmont. We had great experience in Washington state and wished to continue same insurance after moving here. Wanted to understand does this center has urgent care? If not what’s the nearest urgent care for me if I’m living in Longmont?

I have been a patient at Kaiser Permanente Medical Office in Longmont, CO for 15 years. The family practice physicians and staff at the Longmont site and the specialists I've be referred to over the years have exceeded my expectations. I had the most difficult medical problem in my life during this time, that required open heart surgery and rehabilitation. I highly recommend Kaiser if health insurance is a company option, individual plan or Medicare, since I have been enrolled in all three plans.
I have been visiting the Longmont Kaiser facility for the past seven years and have always been treated with kindness and the utmost respect. My original physician retired and the transition to my new physician was very smooth. As expected it took awhile to develop a rapport with him i am more than comfortable with the care and compassion I receive at the Longmont facility. From the staff, to the lab, to the pharmacy I give them an A+!James Luft
I'm always satisfied by the care I receive at Kaiser. The best thing is that I never need to go over my record when I see a new provider - everything is right there on the computer in the exam room. This is especially helpful for someone like me who has numerous health conditions. I plan to stay with Kaiser when I move to Medicare next summer.
Friendly and expedient service.
The people are extremely friendly, quick, and efficient on taking care of their patients, thank you

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
