Dr. Jeranko has an excellent bedside manner. He discussed the latest research, was engaging, and didn't seem rushed when I asked him every question that came to mind. I felt his recommendations were helpful and I liked how practical/realistic he was about recommendations. He felt like he wanted first and foremost to inform me as the patient and discuss options in terms of trade-offs and degrees of certainty to get me the best possible solution that would work for me. Still gonna go rock climbing, though. :)

During my first visit Dr. Jeranko listened to me and was willing to test to figure out what was going on. I was hopeful. But then I had to wait so long for the next appointment. And during my second appointment, Dr. Jeranko did not listen fully, rushed me to meds (that aren't FDA approved for my issue), and referred me to an acupuncturist that doesn't believe in COVID-19. When I told him the meds weren't working, he suggested meds for an issue that I don't care about and isn't a priority compared to the bigger issue that he diagnosed me with. Then my physician change wasn't approved by the office. I think he has good intentions, just isn't great at understanding priorities of issues.
