Best health center I have used! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Drs are super knowledgeable. I especially like to use the pharmacy there. The pharmacy is way faster then kings, safeway, and Walgreens. You don’t even need to be a salud patient to use it. The staff is always friendly and professional. They are also a bilingual pharmacy.

My information was breached as a result of being a patient here. When they say that your information is being protected in accordance with HIPAA, that means that they will allow all of your information to be accessed by hackers. Also, chaotic, unorganized healthcare with ridiculous wait times measured in hours, not minutes.

Salud in Estes Park sends me a letter about a breach in their system where my information was exposed. In the letter, Salud says I can get protection with KROLL monitoring. I go to the Kroll website Salud recommends, type in the registration number that Salud gave me and I am registered. Next comes all those identity questions with multiple choice answers. I felt confident in my answers. I have lived my life. I know what loan I didn't take out. I know who has NOT lived with me. I know the last four of my social security number. Etc. VOILA, it says I FAILED. I am next told to call KROLL. They tell me I can try the multiple choice answer question again in 24 hours and do those RIDICULOUS multiple choice answers. Some of them are like "What color was the shirt you had on when you were 2 years old on the 6th day of the 32nd week?"OR I can call Kroll back in 72 hours. REALLY?? And if I try again tomorrow and fail AGAIN, ANOTHER 72 hours. Over and over. THIS IS BS, Salud, that you would offer what fails me in spite of knowing most of those answers. Oh and I tried to call Salud to tell of my lousy experience with the so-called protection they gave me. I'm on hold forever, and now have to wait for who knows how long for Salud to call me back. I will hold Salud responsible if something happens when I can't even get the BS protection you offered.

Horrible service. Can't get through to anyone. Did you all know they were recently hacked as well and your data may be missing? Horrible how they waited over a month to let me know. Beware of this place people.

The doctors are great, but this is not location is not efficient. I checked in at 8:15am, my appointment was at 8:20am it is now 10am and I am still waiting in the lobby to get blood work that takes 5 min.

Everyone I have come in contact with has been extremely helpful. I saw my doctor for my first visit and the next day a specialty doctor that I need to see called to make an appointment. Great job!!

Thank you for providing low cost health care for our community! These health care providers are giving back so be kind and be patient, they are working hard to get everyone in. I’ve always had a good experience seeing Dr. Merrill and she has taken care of various health concerns though the years.
