I had these best experiences here, I've had 31 surgeries and let me tell you how satisfied I am with the care. Jenny the rn that did both of my ivs she did absolutely amazing! The only person who's ever gotten me with one stick! She was amazing! The rest of the staff absolutely hands down was amazing.. I was absolutely pleased with everyone there. The only thing I had a issue with was waiting at the front for a few minutes before the lady acknowledged me but she wasn't rude or anything just seemed very focused.

Had my tonsils out here and every single person on staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. Had a great experience.

Staff seemed efficient and professional at day of surgery. Surgery went as planned. Brought in BOTH primary and secondary insurance cards. Second one never made it into their system, resulting in unnecessary billing statements, calls and confusion.

it was my first time ever having any type surgery and whole staff was great....they made me very comfortable....and I was at ease with process.....thank you

By far one of the worst facilities I've ever visited. Mostly in how the facility treats their customers and even their own staff. The "manager" there was incredibly rude. The rest of the staff was kind enough but this so called "manager" was aggressive and standoffish. 10 out of 10 would never visit here again. If youre reading this, save some money, go somewhere else.

Had meniscus knee surgery here today. Fantastic experience all around! Every nurse and doctor was friendly and informative. They all asked me whether I had questions, which is most important to me. I have been feeling great ever since I woke up!Also, I will mention that my surgery had three costs (facilities, anesthetics, and physician fees). Step back a couple weeks: Once my surgery was scheduled with my physician, this facility called me within 24-hours to give me my quote with insurance already accounted for. For the other costs (anesthesia and physician), I had to do some of the follow-up myself. So I consider this center doing an awesome job.

We show up 15 minutes before the time on the paperwork for checkin and are told we are late. Refusing to take accountability for their office snafu, we have to reschedule. The day of surgery, we pay the $5,100. After surgery, they inform us the cost quoted is only for the use of facility, we still have to pay the surgeon. Pretty imperative information to provide prior to surgery but yet they do not. The staff that I dealt with personally was incredibly rude especially the woman taking temps at the front door. Do not recommend. When the surgeon's office called for additional payment, I was told that they hear a lot that the surgery center conveniently forgets to provide additional costs until after the surgery is performed.

I give this surgery center a one star rating. I scheduled with the doctor ( Donald Maschka) a out patient surgery for Dec 21, 2020. I also stressed this surgery needed to be accomplished before the end of the year due to out of pocket and deductible. The doctor had no problem with this and a date of Dec 21, 2020 was agreed to. As the doctors office the surgery gets set up and scheduled from insurance approval to the surgery center to the anesthesiologist. As a group Flatirons Surgery Center, Doctor, Anesthesiologist started asking for releases, changing and adding requirements, restrictions and trying to change where to have the surgery for a simple out patient surgery and because of there actions I now have to wait at least another year to meet this 8000.00 dollar, yes 8 k out of my pocket which should be there responsibility to pick up this 8 k and to top it all off the doctor office terminate the patient and doctor relationship so now need to find a new doctor how ethical is this.

Had thyroid (partial removal) surgery there - so attentive - fantastic care 3 different nurses and staff looking after me for the one night I stayed over. One month later, I went to Avista for thyroid removal (cancer) and had far less great care. And at Avista it cost 3 to 4 times as much. Definitely go the Flatirons surgery center!!!!

I had a great experience with the nurses and my doctor/surgeon Dr. Graham Sellers. One nurse in particular, Cathy, was very kind and even funny! I loved her!! Although the receptionist at the time was very poor at giving directions to the entrance but apologized for the confusion when I entered the building. I was offered multiple warm blankets, access to using Netflix, and numbing medicine before the surgery from Cathy. Snacks and water/juice were also offered immediately when I woke up from surgery by other nurses.
