List of Long Huynh's Reviews
She has awful bedside manner. She is rude, and uncomfortable to be around. I had a horrible experience with her.
Dr Huynh is amazing. I’m a first time mom due December 2022, and I drive 40 mins from Longmont to her office because she is such a great OB. She’s so personable and always makes me feel important and comforted no matter how busy she is (even though I come to every apt with at least 10 questions). I 100% recommend her!
Dr. Huynh is a phenomenal surgeon and OBGYN. Being in healthcare myself, I wanted someone who was compassionate, well educated and would keep the safety of me and my baby their number one priority. Dr. Huynh far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend anyone go to her for OBGYN care. She is a brilliant physician and truly made my pregnancy experience everything I had hoped for and more. Even when I was concerned about being induced early, she reassured me and gave me all the confidence that things would be ok. She came in on her day off to deliver our little girl and it was truly a remarkable experience. She exudes confidence in everything she does and is overall just a genuine/caring person. If you need an OB, look no further. BMC at AVISTA, you are SO lucky she joined your team.
Our experience with Dr. Nguyen was absolutely horrible. My wife and I were scheduled for an induction and received a call two hours before to postpone it. It had been planned for 6 months and they blamed it on not having enough beds. Why would you schedule so many inductions if you cannot keep your word on the scheduling? Dr. Nguyen did a below average job on post-surgery care with my wife and was unavailable for our questions and concerns. A few days before the scheduled 6-week follow up appointment, we received a letter in the mail stating that we were no longer welcome at their practice after the 6-week appointment. No explanation. No reasoning. No communication. This left my wife in a terrible spot where she had no one to reach out to with postpartum concerns. This was incredibly scary. There was no transition period to another doctor either. How could Dr. Nguyen ethically dismiss a patient so soon after delivering the child and not ensure the patient has available care?? When we did go in for the 6-week appointment, an office manager was present in the room and refused to leave…even after my wife asked her. The entire experience was unethical and terrifying. Please do not use Dr. Nguyen and steer all other family and friends away from her practice!
A few years back I had post menopausal bleeding and needed to get an endometrial biopsy. I read about the procedure first, then read reviews of different health care providers. Dr Huynh had positive reviews so I chose her. She was an amazing choice- the procedure itself can be quite difficult so I was blessed to work with someone who was so compassionate and knowledgeable who was able to make the procedure as pleasant as possble. I would not hesitate to go to her again!
I drive from the next town over to see Dr Huynh. She is absolutely worth it. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, personable, caring… everything you want in a doctor. And you can tell she loves her job. Will never see anyone else!
Dr. Huynh has no compassion. I would not recommend her. She is all business, and takes very little time with her patients. Her practice is disorganized and off a wing of a hospital hallway. Not a comfortable environment. Pretty inconsiderate of mental health, and overall well-being of patients. She has a huge ego, and thinks she is really something special. She makes it more about herself and how great of a doctor she is than about you. BMC is absolutely awful, and it’s obvious that’s why she now works at this facility. She rushes, takes tons of patients, and doesn’t thoroughly take an interest in your family. Not for me!

I had a terrible experience with this physician and Boulder Medical Center. Not only is she over an hour late to every pregnancy appointment, but she’s also very brass and lacks bedside manner. Her staff is young and uneducated on practice and policies. It makes it very difficult to make appointments. She scheduled 4 inductions the same day as mine, and staff called at 5 am to cancel my induction. She takes on way too many patients and is money hungry. After complaining about her, she dismissed me as her patient just 3 weeks postpartum via letter from the CEO. Extremely unprofessional, and inconsiderate of my health and of my new baby’s health. As a first time mom, I find this behavior from this doctor to be extremely disgraceful and I expressed my concerns to the facility. How concerning that someone could be struggling with PPD and she does something similar like this to the wrong patient who takes their life. STAY AWAY. Tons of better providers out there that have good service, online portal and are considerate of your schedule and health.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
