Scheduled an appointment about a month in advance with Dr. Morrison. I was contacted several weeks after making the appointment and told she would be out of state and needed to reschedule. As it was my only available day off, I had to reschedule with a PA. I decided I really wanted to see Dr. Morrison so I called back to schedule an appointment with her. I was informed she was booked through January. I have decided to take my business else where at this point.

I called and scheduled a "facial". When I got there, the Dr. Came in and said they don't do facials. Then I left and they charged me for a dermatologist appt.

No issues at all. Just went it, scanned my new insurance card, taken right back, and my issues were addressed.

Ms. Porter was very thorough in screening me for skin cancer and for explaining the differences between different types of skin cancers, from the harmless ones to the ones that may become a problem, such as actinic keratoses. She is also good at explaining various options for treatment. I highly recommend her for this medical issue.

This was my first experience with going to a dermatologist. I chose this office based on a recommendation. Tried to make a reservation online as a new patient and then called to confirm. Was told the online system is irrelevant, and ended up getting an appointment setup further out. Confirmed date, time, physician 3 weeks out, only to walk in today and learn they never made the appointment. All I got was "I'm sorry. We can get you in on another date." Will never come back to this office again. How completely unprofessional!

Great place. Ms. Collins is kind, patient and knowledgeable. Our whole family goes here and we haven't been disappointed yet. Getting an appointment is easy and their location is convenient.
