I went there for a urology exam and it all went very smoothly. The test had been ordered beforehand so by the time the PA came to see me, the results were in and I was given a prescription.

COVID-19 Pfizer booster. The woman in front of me was getting her 1st dose & was terrified; trembling and close to tears. The nurse was wonderful. He was very gentle, patient and calmed her enough to relax for the injection.

I feel appreciated by "all the Kaiser staff" who are there to answer questions and or provide guidance with my health. Its reassuring to know Kaiser will listen and offer their service for any emergency. They are HERO's too, for being there especially in challenging times. Thank you!!

Dr. Brandon Wright always has taken the time to listen to me and my concerns and answers them in a way that I can understand without using terminology that I don't understand. I never feel rushed at my appointments and I'm satisfied that my questions have been answered.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Was refused treatment because I didn't want a covid test done without an explanation on how it works. Doctor wouldn't explain how the test worked so I didn't want it done. I was there for seasonal allergies. Refused to treat me at all or refer a different doctor.

Dr. Sbicca and the attending nurse (first name Kristin) provided a general dermatology exam. They were both very friendly, professional and sincere in their duties. Their personalities and professionalism gave me confidence that I was being well cared for, with expertise, kindness, and with passion for their work. Their manner reflects very well on your organization.
