He is a totally rude jerk!
When I expressed displeasure with his lackadaisical attitude and problems with scheduling appointments, he fired me. I am now seeking a new doctor.
We have seen Dr. McIntosh for five years and have never been disappointed. Never have to wait more than five minutes. Don’t be too late for your appointment or you’ll never to reschedule which is fair to other patients. Extremely knowledgeable, Listens w true intent to get to proper treatment. Supportive through challenging diagnosis ie alzheimers. Dr. McIntosh is part of Associates in Family Medicine there is an urgent care available urgent care as an option open evening and weekend. Dependable follow up and follow through is outstanding by McIntosh and his staff.
I went to Dr McIntosh and was very displeased with the way he treated me. He acted as if he didn’t believe what I was telling him. I switched providers and then his office manager took it upon herself to call the other office to see why I wanted to switch. She then called me and tried to get me to stay with McIntosh because they had all of my information. Turns out he wasn’t willing to see me again anyway. I’m very unhappy with the lack of care and unprofessional behavior.
Dr. McIntosh has been my son's physician since he was born. He has been wonderful. He is always very friendly and knowledgeable. He takes his time and addresses any questions or concerns I have.
I have used Dr. Mcintosh for several years as my PCP and couldn't be happier. His style is to listen and partner with you on your care. He is very up to speed on current medicine practices and has made some great recommendations and referrals that have improved my quality of life. He stays pretty booked so it can be difficult sometimes to get an appointment but when you do have one he doesn't rush you through.
Dr. Mcintosh is an awesome PCP! He listens well, is up on all of the latest techniques, and works with me to find the best solutions to whatever situation I am in. Scheduling has become more difficult but it is worth the wait! He is very good about explaining preventive measures that have actually reduced my need to see a medical professional. When he has referred me to specialists the referrals have all been good and Dr. Mcintosh follows up to make sure I got what I needed. HIGHLY recommended!
Great doctor, very impressed. My son has been with this doctor for many years with very caring care since my son was disabled. I also bring my elderly aunt to his office, he is very patient and professional. I have recommend him to my family & friends.
Dr. McIntosh is an incredible doctor. He was first my OB, and I can't say enough about how amazing he was. Very knowledgeable, and always included my oldest daughter in my checkups. He is always responsive, and follows up when it's needed. Although he is busy, I can 9 out of 10 times, get in to see him. He is very caring about my children and entire family. Highly recommended, and will continue to see him as our primary doctor.
Dr. McIntosh is a very good and awesome doctor. He seems to be busy all the time and when he is busy he doesn't always seems like he wants to listen to his patients. When I had email him he won’t always responded. If you do get a response back it will be form his nurse who thinks she knows everything and will give you the wrong advice and won’t allow you to speak to him. When he has a student doctor with him neither him nor his nurse will ask if it is ok that a student comes in :(

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
