Kaiser Permanente's Online Review Report Card

My Doctor is, Mathew Beal and he is a great listener, very thourough in his evaluation of my health concerns and never makes me feel rushed. He has a great bedside manner and I feel fortunate that he's my physician! One of the best doctors Iv'e had! I cannot say enough great things about him! This medical facility is always very clean and the pharmacy is so quick!!

This was a few years ago so maybe (hopefully) things have changed, but I doubt it.Managed to finally get an appointment to address a kidney stone after a lot of running me around just to tell me I had an injured rib... except I had done literally nothing to injure it. Also only one or two months prior I had acute kidney failure where I was shown an ultrasound with kidneys full of stones waiting to make life miserable which was part of a week-long stay in the hospital on IVs. They spent the entire time gaslighting me saying they had no such image and all my paperwork made no mention of stones. THIS ALL HAD BEEN AT A KAISER HOSPITAL. I have to blame poor paperwork filing or ineptitude otherwise it was malicious intent to deny medical treatment, which I hope is not the case.Well, it finally moved to my ureter and I called them and left a message (you can't actually talk to real people) and they got back to me three days later asking to call back and make an appointment. To which I had to leave a message to have someone call me back. I passed it before I finally spoke to a real person.Subpar care where profit is the only thing that matters.

Dr. Feldeman, my Primary Care doc with whom I have a very high regard for-was booked this day, so I made the apt with Dr. Wright.Dr. Wright spent a considerable amount of time discussing my condition, providing treatment, and answering my questions with patience and care. I felt he valued and respected me as he showed genuine interest in my health and well being.I highly recommend the Loveland Kaiser office! I always have a great experience with the entire team, including all facility departments.

We are lucky to have this incredible, state of the art facility in our community! Every person that helped me at the Loveland/Johnstown Kaiser office was wonderful: the receptionist, nurses and doctors were all very attentive and caring. I felt that they all went above and beyond, especially nurse Doug and Dr. Feldman. I had concerns about my health and they made me feel nurtured and relaxed. Thank you to everyone who made me feel comforted and well cared for.

I rcvd my Covid booster today. I didn't catch his name, but the gentleman was great. He was friendly, explained what I was receiving and we had a generally pleasant conversation. I also walked in for my appt to check-in with no wait, and was called for my vaccine almost immediately. I'm now complete as it's just now time for my appt. Thanks!

Dr. Bohl and the Loveland Medical Offices provide exemplary medical services. The office is very friendly, professional, and efficient. The lab is easily accessible as is the pharmacy. I am confident I am receiving the best medical care available. Thanks Kaiser Permanente.

I went there for a urology exam and it all went very smoothly. The test had been ordered beforehand so by the time the PA came to see me, the results were in and I was given a prescription.

COVID-19 Pfizer booster. The woman in front of me was getting her 1st dose & was terrified; trembling and close to tears. The nurse was wonderful. He was very gentle, patient and calmed her enough to relax for the injection.

Great facilities and friendly staff. Got our flu shot and had fun at the same time.

I feel appreciated by "all the Kaiser staff" who are there to answer questions and or provide guidance with my health. Its reassuring to know Kaiser will listen and offer their service for any emergency. They are HERO's too, for being there especially in challenging times. Thank you!!
