My son had his tonsils and adenoids removed today by Dr. Gupta from Alpine ENT. The whole event from our arrival to departure was flawless. The staff were amazing and helped ease my son’s anxiety (as well as mine) by talking us through the entire process. We were in and out in 3 hours.

The Loveland Surgery Center has the most caring nurses, the most skilled physicians and the greatest support staff! Everyone is kind and professional, had surgery here myself and so had my family.

The owner of this facility is a racist bigot. He only hires racist staff and they are highly unprofessional. I rang my call button 20 times before a nurse finally came to help me. If you are a person of color do not go here. While in my surgery room I saw a giant rat run across the hallway. The place is run down and I found a roach in the food I was given during my time there. This place deserves ZERO STARS

The staff at Loveland Surgery Center is awesome. I've had 2 surgeries there in 2 months. I want to give a special thank you to Day shift nurse Ellen and night crew Christine and Johnathan, you guys rock! Thanks for taking such great care of me. The only reason they are not getting a 5 star is because of the billing department. My surgery was in August and as of November 1st my insurance company has yet to receive their claim. I already paid my portion of $1,055 that put me at my out of pocket max for the year with my insurance but since my insurance hasn't received this claim they don't know that I paid that amount and have hit my max so I have to keep paying other claims. Now, once this claim does get to my insurance, the surgery center will have overcharged me and will have to refund me. This is money that could have been paying other bills of collecting interest in my account and not theirs. Both my insurance company and I have left 2 messages regarding this claim with their billing department, Erica, and have not received a call back. If this is how they handle a claim where they get paid I'm worried how long it will take for my refund.

Doug has been my NP for a couple years now I have never had a bad experience with him or any of the staff, anesthesiologists, nurses etc. I have had bad experiences with so many other surgery centers over the last 15 years but these guys are pretty awesome. Consider yourself lucky if these are your team.Adam M.

The folks at Loveland Surgery Center did a wonderful job of taking care of my wife before, during and after her surgery. They were very attentive and answered all of the questions that we had. They were very attentive during her overnight stay at the Center as well. Great folks!

Amazing experiences. I wish I could have had every procedure and surgery here. Doug Larner is the best. Rachel in pre-op is amazing and Brit in post-op always goes above and beyond for me. Everyone is helpful and kind. I would highly recommend the surgery center to anyone .
