Chris gets my needs and is always willing to do what she can even when my needs change daily. She understands what kind of caregivers I need, who would work well for me and who wouldn’t. She comes to my home whenever a new caregiver is necessary and gives the caregiver the orientation so I don’t have to, which otherwise would take much of my energy, Chris goes the extra mile!Lori is so great at scheduling. She does her best to accommodate my ever changing schedule. I give her as much notice as possible, and she does a super job of being flexible even when my professional providers switch things up at times, or friends visit or ask me to do something with them.I really like the caregivers I have. They are quick to pick up the routine and help keep me company through more trying times. I feel much better around them. They check on me, interact with me, do whatever I need that is best for me.I am happy I went with Preferred Care At Home!

I have had Preferred Care of Fort Collins assisting with my care for 2 months. The astonishing thing to me is the ability of these caregivers to do such a variety of tasks, including dealing with my Long Term Care Policy, helping to revamp a will, do several deep clean projects that I could not possibly do along with helping to follow the care plan given to me by PT and OT. etc. Each one seemed just the right mixture of care, and and empathy. They were always on time, always masked and helped in many ways, cheering me up when the pain was quite unbearable and pushing me to do what I could when I could. In a previous life I trained CNA's and these caregivers would have aced my class.

Whether it's helping to bathe and prepare meals, or just companionship and running errands, I enjoy the feeling of making a difference in the lives of people that I help.
