List of The Green House Homes's Reviews
The care and love and support that my husband is receiving here at Mirasol is worlds different than where he was placed after being discharged from the hospital. He lived in a N H for over 3 months with the exception of some hospital stays. I cannot even compare the facility and care to the home and care he is now been blessed with. Your loved one with be blessed to live at Mirasol.Fondly,Lois Stankovic
Super friendly and attentive staff cater to the needs of the residents and visitors alike
Both my wife and I are experienced Greenhouse residents; my wife in long-term care and I in rehabilitation.Words simply cannot express our gratitude and admiration for this organization! I spent over twenty years in health care management and have never imagined the quality of the facilities nor the staff there. Absolutely the best in all categories: maintenance, cleanliness, attitudes and food! Every staff member we ever encountered was a loving, caring friend! This is a must-visit home for senior members of your family!
Someone driving this company van failed to follow simple, legal road-rules and almost ran me into oncoming traffic. Of course, after that they stayed well behind me, knowing that the number of the company is displayed all over the vehicle and they were embarrassed. I would be too. And to see this is a nursing home van that could have hurt patients as well as other drivers? Not good. If this company doesn’t care about other people on the road, they most likely won’t be caring about your safety or your loved one’s safety in the facility either.
Toxic work environment. Lots of gossiping among the staff members. Very negative, draining, and unwelcoming.
Not even worth One STAR!!! Horrible!!!! Please look elsewhere!!! Neglect, retaliation, not somewhere to send a loved one. Table where food is served also holds urinal. Yuck!!!!
My Father has been at the Green House Homes at Mirasol for five years, now, and we are so thankful to have him in such a warm, caring environment that feels like home! The staff go above and beyond, and are appreciated immensely! This is an exceptional home for loved ones.
I just removed my mother from the Green House Homes at Mirasol due to a COVID outbreak. Per Larimer County Health Dept,, as of 11/7/21, there are 7 employees and 8 residents with COVID. Three of the nine Green House Homes have COVID.I should have been forewarned when the e-files were sent to me upon admission and required a signature stating I had read and understood all attachments, when the attachments were not available until after I signed. My mother was put in a five-day quarantine upon admission. Larimer County Health told me this was only required if she left a facility where she was exposed to COVID. She actually came from a rehab owned/managed by Vivage - who also owns/manages Green House Homes at Mirasol. There was no exposure prior to discharge from the rehab facility.Don't be fooled by the pictures on the website. You will pay a premium for a lack of communication between all staff - including doctors. My mother does not hear well, even with the latest technology; she has short-term memory loss also. I am her MPOA and wanted to speak to the doctor - who you are required to use. Neither one of them called me back when leaving a message. The second message had to do with my mother's recent visit to the ER. I waited 10 days before contacting the Supv. of Nursing. She called and left the PCP a message to call me. The PCP called from a private line leaving a message that she would call back in 2 hours. She never did.I had to leave notes in her room so that staff would remember to charge her hearing aids at night. I met her at her orthopedic doctor's office and her hearing aids were dead. We were all upset and frustrated that he could not communicate with us and vice verse. This happened frequently. My mother's house consisted of 10 residents. At least 5 were memory care and wandered around the house or were planted in front of the community TV to watch cartoons. My mother never had anyone to talk to since the remaining 4 residents never left their rooms - not even for meals. I was told she could go to other houses for bingo or visits. She played bingo once. The visits never happened. None of the residents were allowed to visit each other in their rooms. There was a maximum of two family visitors at one time.My mother was diagnosed with incontinence. She was never incontinent before moving in there. She told me the staff put her in a diaper and encouraged her to use it overnight. The times I was there, it took 15-20 minutes to respond to her pushing her button. There is more, but this should be enough. Oh, by the way, they just increased monthly rent by $500. This takes it to $12,900. Don't assume you get what you pay for at Mirasol.
Best place EVER. Residents are in small houses. Caregivers are checking in frequently throughout the day. Our loved one was at Centre, who told us she "would not progress", and to find a nursing home for her. The team at Mirador had her up and walking on day one, and we are planning on her return to assisted living. This place is THE BEST. Staff is loving and caring. Ratios are low. Food is homemade and good. Staff is attentive. Our Mom is happy there.
My grandparent is at this facility. The quarantine building was great, the permanent building not so much. Recently they sent out an email saying we could visit with stipulations, negative covid test etc. Except, Dylan, the contact to schedule these is impossible to get in touch with, I’ve tried for a week now and no response, phone goes straight to voicemail and no return phone call yet. Further more trying to get in touch with the house they’re living in to get them help answering the phone or to schedule a window visit is difficult. When paying over 10k a month you’d hope for better service.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
