Making appointment for annual exam was easy. The new Village Medical website and related wasn't tough to learn. This was my second annual visit with Dr. Bechis She listened carefully to my questions. And the information and advice she gave me was important and clearly expressed. I think that we patients are very lucky to have her as our primary care physician. All other staff members were friendly, polite, & helpful. And all seemed competent.

I had a 9:40 appt. I showed up at 9:42 and was asked to reschedule. I have come here for years and historically, am always early. Considering it was likely a 5 min. appt, I find this absolutely ridiculous. I will no longer be seeing dr McIntosh.
