Dr. Biggs didn't even exam me and was very rude. He kicked my walker and asked "what's this for". I would never recommend him to anyone.

During all of my visits Dr. Biggs and his staff were caring, patient and extremely detailed during all of our conversations before and after surgery. Whenever I left a phone message, a return call was made within 24 hours or earlier. Thank you.

I have had neck fusions and pain in my neck since 1986. I have a very short neck and Dr. Biggs did Surgery on my neck on Feb. 2020 and I have no pain what so ever in my neck. He is a great surgeon. He will not do surgery unless he feels you will have positive results

Dr. Biggs was dismissive and arrogant. He informed me of my diagnosis as though it was the common cold ignoring my emotions. His demeanor was cold and distant. I will not return for completion of my treatment.

He was recommended to me as someone who was compassionate and would listen. Maybe on a good day! NOT today. Totally rude and dismissive. He was obviously annoyed that I asked to see him after the PA saw me. I wonder if he thought I made the appointment with him to NOT see him. I wonder if his PA makes as much money for an office visit as he does?

Dr. Biggs fixed my nerve impingement that had left me without the ability to walk, sleep, or work without massive amounts of pain. I couldn’t be happier with my result and would go back to him.

He broke my back. Destroyed my bones, those were his words. He left my spine unstable because during surgery he got nervous and didn’t know what to do. Was life changing. Left me disabled. Don’t give your life up for an unqualified dr. You only have one back. Run as fast as you can

Run. He broke my back. Didn’t inform he did that. Put screws into nerves. Do not, do not let this dr touch you. We have one spine, he ruined mine, I’m now disabled and in awful pain everyday. I am having to have my bones reconstructed in my back because of his incompentence

You would have zero as an option. He broke my back. Didn’t tell me or husband or son that he did that. He put screws into nerves. He left my spine totally unstable that no competent surgeon would have done. He has left me disabled. I walk with a cane, can’t sleep because a spacer he left in me is almost out of disc. You need to run as fast as you can. You only have one back, don’t give your life up by letting him touch you.
