Dr Cook was very thorough and thoughtful about his work on my ankle. I had a rough and slow recovery due to unforeseen circumstances but he helped me work through them and am finally doing great! I would recommend him to anyone.

The office staff was very friendly and professional. I was greeted with a smile where I felt immediately comfortable. The nurse was personable and very helpful when recording information regarding my concerns. I felt she listened and professionally documented everything I had described. Dr. Christopher Cook was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and experienced! I felt my assessment and diagnosis was very thorough and detailed. He was also very respectful and listened intently to my description of my symptoms. I am extremely confident with all future care and treatment at the San Juan Foot and Ankle Center! Thank you!

I did not see dr cook but a associate, so dissatisfied. I was sent to a vascular specialist which I did not need to see. Had to travel 5 hrs round trip for this. The office did not send any notes or ultrasound that they took had to pay for that to be redone! Had a horrible time getting someone to call me back from office staff! Will not recommend or go back! The vascular dr was very apologetic that I was sent to him.

the staff is very rude. I called about a up coming appointment and was told by the reception nest that she told me once and she did not have to tell me again. Sorry I am old I have bit of a hearing problem. The doctor needs to hire some one who has gone past preschool in manners

Dr.Cook has a friendly, professional staff who make you feel comfortable. Dr Cook recommended a plan of action for the problem I was having and he has me on the way to a full recovery. Very pleased.
