List of Jorge Hernandez's Reviews
Very rude, definitely not recommend for any female, makes you feel like trash the way he speaks to you. Left mad/ defeated and overall feeling horrible. Do not recommend to anyone!!
My brother went in was given an “ALL CLEAR” only to go to the ER a week later with 95-98 % blockage in his LAD. For those who do not know, that is a widow maker. How dismissive can a doctor be???You could have killed him!
Dr. HERNANDEZ was one of the most professional physicians we have been to he was informative compassionate explained every issue above and beyond he listened to and answered each and every question completely he also spent quite enough time with us I highly recommend Dr. HERNANDEZ
Doctor Hernandez saw my father at Baptist hospital. My Dad went in the hospital after the hurricane for Pneumonia and sepsis. He was dealing with some degree of heart failure from the pneumonia. They had test ran on my father’s heart to see how strong it was and if they would be able to persue certain treatments if they needed. I waited all day for Dr Hernandez to come in and read the results only to have him come in with a horrible attitude and not only refuse to read the results but make us feel stupid for caring what they might say. He said that we needed to only worry about his elevated white blood cell count. He showed us no empathy or compassion in a time where we were afraid. My father died in an in patient physical rehab shortly after being released from the hospital where he was getting strong enough to come home. He did not die from an elevated white blood cell count. He died because his heart suddenly stopped. I have not stopped wondering what the results of those test said and how knowing them might have at least given us the chance to seek further treatment elsewhere. I hope you never have a doctor treat you the way you treated us sir.
This doctor showed us no compassion while my father was in Baptist Hospital. He refused to give us results and made us feel stupid whenever we asked any questions. My father died a short while later when his heart stopped and I have always wondered what those test said that the doctor felt we didn’t need to know. I wouldn’t send anyone to this man.
The worse front desk staff I have ever witness in a professional setting. We were new patients and first expressions are lasting. The appt was for the day after christmas. They did not want to be there and made it known. One front desk staff complaining about new patients dropping off there paper work and having to enter all their information. For one I thought that was part of their job and trust me as new patients we don't want to fill out a booklet and be bothered either. Then a women comes up to check in and says my name is and she cuts are off just sign in you can have a seat. How rude and disrespectful. A gentlemen's first name was Sherrie and I guess they could not pronounce the last name front desk and nurse kept calling him Ms. out loud in the waiting room and he had to keep correcting them. It is nit hard to look at a chart for gender when you call a patient. Then we received several calls almost every day before the appt to confirm the appt which was annoying when we already confirm previously. We had an issue with the co payment . We were told with our insurance it was a certain appt and the rude lady at the front desk instead of saying well let me call our insurance ladies to double check. She says very loudly and rude "look we checked with the insurance on the 8th and the card says a certain amount. If the insurance told you a different amount then are they going to change the printing on their card. Being such a smart ass. So we went outside got on the phone with the insurance company. Had the agent explain our benefits. Same front desk lady comes out to get us they are ready you need to come on . My husband looked at me and said oh no I will nit be seeing this doctor at all with a staff like that and left. We called Dr. Islam's office in groves because he wad highly recommended as soon as we left. Staff wad very polite and wad seen that same day with no issues. The only reason why we went here was because our pcp referrals dept sent the referral there. So hopefully they will clean house and hire people who want to work. There staff is running off patients and yet patients are the reason they get a paycheck . Without patients you have no practice.
Performed an unnecessary procedure that destroyed my kidney and put me in dialysis for the rest of my life.
i consider dr. hernadez the best heart doctor in beaumont extremely knowledgeable in his field
Informative and polite during first visit but very rude during second & third visit. He does not like to be questioned about tests, findings, etc. I no longer use him.
Excellent care and service, humane, compassionate, friendly and very knowledgeable

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
