J. Daniel Jensen Md Faad's Online Review Report Card

The receptionist took my card information while scheduling an appointment and told me that they take BCBS. This is for their benefit not yours! They do not call to see if you are in-network, they do not mention anything when you check-in about it possibly not being covered, they also do not mention they will be sending all moles to be examined for an additional $300. I spent 5 minutes with this doctor and he charged me $736.18!!! They also do not take payments. Awful experience and terribly rude staff. Don't waste your money!

I've lived with the mole on my forehead all my life. My granddaughter calls it "honk, honk. Yeah, it's that big. I wanted to get it removed years ago but I guess it wasn't time. I went to get a physical in March and my doctor noticed it right away and recommended I get a biopsy. She referred me to Dr. Jensen and they called me to make an appointment. I went in there thinking I would have a couple of visits to discuss removing the mole. To my surprise the doc performed the procedure on my first visit. Took like 5 minutes. He also treated me for my dark spots on my face which I had just accepted they came with age. He prescribed a 12 week treatment and it's been six weeks. The treatment has felt like my face is on fire but moisturizing several times a day soothes the skin. I am pleased with the healing process of my mole and noticeable difference in my dark spots. The staff is friendly and well organized. I will be coming back for other dermatology needs. Also, my granddaughter is not happy the honk honk is gone. "Why you do that g'ma? I liked the honk honk."

Just an excellent Doc with a great staff. Very attentive and up on the latest science. So happy I found him!

My dermatologist for over 35 years recently retired and sent my records to Dr. Jensen. After my first visit, I understand why. Great experience with office staff making the appointment; they contacted me several times with reminders and check-in information. They were great with billing and ordering prescriptions. I only waited a minute in the waiting room after filling out paperwork and in the examination room after changing into a soft cotton gown. Dr. Jensen's assistant (nurse?) Cindy was so friendly and answered my questions. Dr. Jensen was kind and professional. He was concerned with my overall health. The office was easy to find and there were plenty of parking spaces in the lot.

I've been to Dr Jensen twice in the last year. He is patient, takes his time with you and is very knowledge. Gentle with his procedures and tells you things as he is doing them. Would absolutely recommend him.

Love it. I was in & out!!! Couldn't have asked for a better service from this lump on my neck. Which i gave it a name, "Tumor." Well see if the Dr and Tumor handle each other on the follow up.

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient -- they got me in and out of there within a reasonable amount of time, but also made sure to address all of my concerns and take care of what needed to be done. Dr. Jensen called me himself to explain the results of some biopsies. I feel so fortunate to have found him!

Beyond impressed with Dr. Jensen and his staff. I went in for a simple task and waited 10 minutes (tops!) for a new patient visit. That included paperwork at the front desk. Front desk was super friendly and efficient. The appointment took no more than 15 minutes and Dr. Jensen was incredibly professional, but still in touch with you personally as the patient he's caring for. I was super impressed with this visit and look forward to going back.

Keri is the best! She is so compassionate and caring! She is a great listener and truly cares about her patients.
