This location has been a huge life saver and it is great that they are open on the weekends. They are friendly and very knowledgeable.

OMG! NI am so friggin stressed out over the hoops I have to go through to travel....I only have a small window to get the test,, the result and then send the docs...I was really thinking I had to cancel the trip until REBECCA saved me and the trip. She was amazing answering all my questions and getting me an unpublished appt to fit in my tiny timeframe. I ham so grateful to her I do not know what else to say.

Very very disappointing visit to this urgent care. Would give no stars if I could. Came in with my 21 year old daughter that was very sick there was no sense of urgency AT ALL. I felt like we were at a clinic that had just opened. Seemed as if no one knew what they were doing except the first nurse that we saw before the attending or whatever she was called. Seemed as if she used a very large needle for an IV that my daughter needed. I have seen lots of IV's put in and this one was very painful for my daughter whom was already in crippling pain. I felt as If she was very un-empathetic and unprofessional. They finally brought in a phlebotomist to get a good vein,  she was able to so we were up and running for 3 minutes and we noticed it wasn't working. I went and got her to tell her that it wasn't working. She right away told me I was wrong then told me that just because it is not dripping doesn't mean it's not working. Well it wasn't working AGAIN. Not her fault because my daughter was very dehydrated her veins were just too weak. So she took it out and told us there was nothing they could do for us. Just an FYI bedside manner goes along way with a patient in distress. Thanks for nothing other than bruising my daughter and poking her 3 times for nothing. I would skip this joint if I were anyone in this area needing help. Very unimpressed. Not friendly or empathetic at all.

Checked-in online and showed up to an empty waiting room. Was taken care of. Insurance paperwork came indicating a $70 “after-hours” service charge. I was seen between the hours of 5PM and 7PM and the clinic is open until 8PM. Nowhere was this potential charge posted prior to me being seen. I payed my copay. I called their billing services representative Laura and left a message. I have not received a reply.

This is one of the worst urgent cares I have ever been to. The care I received was negligent and could be filed under the category of MALPRACTICE.I had to go here because of work comp. I was injured on the job. These “Doctors” diagnosed me with a “strained back.” So for the next three months I received care for a strained back.But I wasn’t getting any better. I decided to get an MRI myself, and pay for it myself, because this office refused to give me an MRI.Turns out I have a herniated disc.So the doctor that works here (Katie Kruger) can’t tell the difference between a muscle strain and a herniated disc. Brilliant.Another big issue is getting a hold of this office. It’s absolutely impossible. Nobody ever returns your calls or voicemails; I had to drive to this location (from Agate CO) several times in order to make any communication with these guys.Another issue is most of the staff that works here is extremely RUDE and UNCARING. There’s only one nurse that was sympathetic and apologetic to the fact that they misdiagnosed me. By the way, I went back to work with the misdiagnosis and ran the equipment again, and injured my back even more.These doctors are NOT helpful. They are dangerous. This is MALPRACTICE.Like me, if you’re going here for a work comp reason, you might not have a choice. Still, I’m not joking when say; you must figure out a way to make it a choice not to come here.Edit: To your response... obviously if I had the choice I would not choose to receive medical care from any Advanced Urgent Care Facility. I’ve been to multiple locations and they are all the same.

I want to say thank you to nurse Nickie Zaobidny. My son had a very infected cyst. She was so kind and professional. It's rare to find a health care provider that actually cares. She was wonderful to my son & myself. He is healing, thanks to the staff that we dealt with @ Advanced urgent care. Thank you so very much for the care.

Every single one of the ladies that helped me this morning were amazing. The physician was incredibly kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. The woman at the front desk who got me all checked in was also incredibly kind. I’ve never had such care at an urgent care before.

Went here last week and was basically ignored, told there would be an hour and a half wait.  Lady at front desk acted like I was bothering her when I inquired as to whether anyone would see me soon.  What does "Urgent Care" even mean?  I had a medical situation that needed attending so finally I left, and now I'm trying to get my $50 copay back but no luck so far.

Last year I went to this facility because I had fallen. I told the nurse that I had fallen and hurt my ankle, wrist and elbow. When the doctor came in she suggested that I only have my ankle x-rayed because it was very swollen. She told me I had broken my fibula and needed to be put in to a boot and suggested that I go see an Orthopedic doctor as a follow up. The boot I was given didn't fit appropriately. I was told I had to pay $75 for this boot, so I did. When I went to see the Ortho, they agreed the boot was too big for me and I was given one more appropriate for my height. The new boot was billed through my insurance and I didn't have to pay upfront for it. In February I received an invoice from Medequip stating that the boot I was provided at Advance UC wasn't covered under my insurance. It was an Out of Network provider and since I hadn't met my Out of Network deductible, I was responsible for the additional cost of $302.61. So in total I had to pay $377.61 for a boot that didn't fit, I couldn't use and for medical equipment that wasn't covered under my insurance. AUC never said or inferred it wasn't covered, they had my insurance card but never said a word. If I had known that it wasn't covered, I would have waited until I could see the orthopedic doctor, which by the way when I saw the Ortho, my arm was swollen so they did an x-ray found that I had broken/fractured the radial head in my elbow. It's disappointing that you go to see someone for an injury and they don't give you adequate equipment or give you the option to choose if you can or can't afford the Out of Network equipment supplier's costs.

This place is absolutely wonderful! I was not expecting the level of comfort and care I was provided at Advanced Urgent Care. From the time I walked in I was greeting by caring and friendly staff and the care I received was excellent. Thanks so much! I will definitely come back next time I need an Urgent Care doctor!
