Ron Morley's Online Review Report Card

My son and I have gone to Colorado Psychiatry Center and seen Dr. Morely for more than 2 years. Following Covid my son had a dramatic personality change and suffers from symptoms that no one can diagnose or treat. To say the least, we were really desperate for some positive direction or help to turn around his situation. This office did nothing more than throw a bunch of drugs at him. In over 2 years we have made zero progress and while the same can be said for other doctors we have seen, this doctor and this practice have done less than nothing to help our situation. Recently we voiced our dissatisfaction with their refusal to return phone calls and the doctor's seeming lack of concern with our son making no headway under his care. The final straw was today when we were 10min late to an appointment due to traffic and they said they had to cancel our appointment and charge us a late fee. Despite every single time we came in for an appointment we had to wait 20 min or longer for the doctor to see us. This practice is closing and the Doctor has been checked out for quite a while. This probably will do no good but if this practice continues think twice about working with them.

Ridiculous Office Policies BE AWARE - this office has RIDICULOUS cancelation policies enforced by an UNPROFESSIONAL AND POORLY trained front-end staff. Very poor communication skills. They operate by policies not stated on their website nor communicated.

Dr. Morley has changed my life! He was able to find medications that really help me. Without his help, I don't know what I would have done. I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking a psychiatrist.

So impressed by Dr Morley. He is an amazing pyschiatrist. First time I feel hopeful that my child will receive proper medical treatment.

Would've given NO STARS if it was an option! Forced to pay $150 BEFORE any appt would be given-waited 6 mos for appt. COVID in effect-no link for telehealth appt sent by day of appt. Called office-told appt was supposed to be "in person" and too late to come now. Called back-explained situation-now told we would "NEVER BE SEEN IN THEIR OFFICE AGAIN bc of "missed appointment"! After several unreturned calls- Called Dr. Morley; explained COVID confusion to which he was NOT sympathetic nor helpful went on to state proudly "most people wait over 1 year to see ME!" confirming we would never be welcomed back even given the confusion. The arrogance and rude attitude I received was astonishingly unprofessional not to mention unbecoming bedside manner of any physician much less that of one charged with helping people with mental health issues. Stay far away. There's much better help out there with his competition!

I went there to see a PA under him for a few years, the day before my appointment I was told that she no longer works there via text?!? I had just seen her 2 week earlier, there was no warning that she was leaving. I preferred a female practitioner and they were unable to provide me with one. Moved on to somewhere else, and it ended up being way better care.

Really lovely experience. Claudia has been professional, considerate, and transparent with all things during my mental health journey. She really listened to all concerns and discussed everything in detail. Highly recommend.

The Service Providers at Colorado Psychology are nothing short of amazing! I am blessed to have Dr.Lindsay Pratcher helping me on my journey to a better mental health! She is a great listener and very, very discerning! Whether via Zoom or in person she has been there for me during the good times and the bad times! Thank you so mch!

If I could give a zero I would. My dr has been encouraging me to reach out to a psychiatrist for a while now because we have run out of options on how to help me and needed a specialist. I called this place and besides basic information they ask if I smoked marijuana..... Because I have a bowl every night to help me sleep I am not considered to be in their scope of practice. Not once did the receptionist ask for insurance, or a current diagnosis, or current medications. One of the worst and most humiliating phone calls I’ve ever made. People in general are always encouraged to reach out, that there are resource’s out there. After that phone call I don’t even want to try again. Don’t waste your breath calling these people.

This psychiatrist demands a $150 deposit before they will schedule a new patient appointment ....when YOU HAVE INSURANCE. BE aware
