Easy to sign in. Love the text/wait outside option. Clean inside. I hope they wipe/sanitize between patients. Nice staff. Great location. The first door is very difficult to open.

The technician was very friendly and helpful. He answered my questions and gave me all the information I needed. The wait time for a walk-in appointment was less than a minute.

Absolutely horrible company as a whole! Couldn’t give me my results for a COVID test in a timely manner. They do not provide a number on the website to talk to a real person. Turn around times are too long. Website just sent me in circles and the only chat available was with an automated service. It’s like they go out of there way to keep you in the dark. Never use quest for any important medical testing!
