She has prescribed me the wrong prescription twice. I have called her office for the past three weeks and she has just filled my prescription after my face has been burning and my neck is breaking out! This time took longer than the last time. It is almost seen as if I am not valued as her patient.

I enjoy having Dr. Allen as a doctor, she actually listens to my concerns and is very compassionate. I never feel rushed at my appointments like I have with other doctors.

Personable. Willing to look stuff up. She's young but she's smart and easy to talk to. The front desk staff is RUDE. But her nurse is very nice. I would definitely recommend her. The front office staff can't last very long. I'm willing to overlook that.

Dr. Richardson is the best, always friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses are great, just as nice. However the front desk office, is some of the most unprofessional and RUDE people I've ever dealt with. I've never been treated so poorly in my life, very very disappointing.
