Excellent doctor very caring and takes her time explaining everything. Did surgery on my 9 month old son and she was so understanding of my worries and anxiety about the procedure. She even called to ask how my son was doing as it was an outpatient procedure.

Dr. Mercer did my 3 week old’s circumcision. She gave him Tylenol with red blue dyes without discussing it with me and without my consent. She and her staff treated me like it was no big deal and she denied not discussing it with me.

She and her staff treated us like it was no big deal and Dr. Mercer tried to deny not obtaining parental consent. She eventually admitted that she did not have permission.

She was my urologist in 2007 when I was 14 and did an amazing job as my doctor. She was caring patient and extremely helpful in my treatment and surgical needs. I would recommend her before anyone else because she is good at her job and cares about each patient and their family. She goes above and beyond.

Dr. Mercer was great This is not our first experience with Urology at her clinic and wont be the last but she has been our favorite provider. I went in somewhat reluctantly and left feeling like the visit was a success. She listened studied the case and provided excellent feedback. She spent an extensive amount of time with us. We were never rushed and we were understood...especially my son. Shes wise kind and concerned. Clearly she is a passionate urologist.

I saw her this morning for my 2 year old having pain in his penis. It was swollen and red. He is uncircumcised so I was worried about her urging us to do it. She did not do that at all. She told us how this could happen to someone who is circumcised and to not worry about it. She gave us antibiotics and steroids for later on to help him open up more since his pee hole is very small. She was helpful calmed me down and didnt once urge us about a circumcision.
