Therapist is amazing my mental meds haven't been refilled even though they were requested 5 different times between me and the pharmacy
My overall experience with Allhealth was really good until I had to switch providers. The new phychiatrist I was placed with made several very serior mistakes with my meds. Every time I filled at the pharmacy the script was wrong and I had to fix it. ALLHEALTH WILL NOT TAKE CALLS FROM PHAMACY. In order to fill my script I called about 20 times over a period of 3 months. The last time I called over and over for a week. On that Friday (day 5) I realized my prescription was not coming. Stopping this med can cause stroke and seizure. I have had several stroke. Without medical supervision or even an opportunity to speak with this person) and I called a lot) , I have been going through the withdrawal process alone. My fit bit shows a very unstable heart rate and sleep of about 3 hours a night since August 1st. Other symptoms: edema, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, intrusive thought, panic attack, etc. I am purposely posting this with my name because it is true. I have phone records, pharmacy records, doctors records. I CALLED ALLHEALTH AND THEY WOULD NOT EVEN LET ME LEAVE A SINGLE MESSAGE FOR MY PROVIDER AND SHE WOULD NOT CALL ME BACK. I was told that if I was allowed to leave her a direct phone message it would be a violation of her rights to privacy.
Made an appointment, after talking to an intake person for about 15 minutes I was told they had no Dr's taking Medicare at this time. I had waited over a month to get the intake appointment. I did find great care at Center for behavioral health at Porter Hospital.
ZERO STARS. This place does not understand the definition of "urgency", nor do they know how to send proper links for paperwork they request before intake. Especially when a struggling adolescent is needing urgent evaluation/help!!! They cancel dire, necessary appointments based on they're own faults and refuse to return phone calls at all to concerned parents/patients. 3 messages were left for Mercedes- NO response 3/9/2022! Then their resolve is to reschedule weeks later?! I'm extremely disappointed in the initial experience and not happy with the referral from the pediatrics office. I will be letting them know this is not the place to be sending kids for therapy. Such a horrible and frustrating ordeal watching your teenage child go through a really rough time in their short life, desperately searching for help with the insurance you can afford, only to be met with this lack of concern and effort. Shame on you ALLHEALTH:( Look at your rating, look at your organization and wake up. Looks to be pretty accurate and a whole lot of complacency and a poorly run institution at this point....praying I can find the right help in time.
AllHealth is better than nothing, but certainly not a great standard of care. I did therapy with one woman for almost three years before she started also seeing my ex (conflict of interest) and then wrote poetry online publicly about us, including our names and what we were going through. After three years of working on trauma, she also completely turned on me after seeing my ex and insisted I didn't want to get better/should forgive him. I complained, but nothing was done and she continued to worked there another year - with kids no less. My replacement from her did nothing but talk about herself, her life, her dog, her trip to Mexico. Wasn't much therapy to be had there. My first psych was a criminally old man who told me hormones and female cycles did not affect mental health at all. My second was ok for 2 years, gave me meds, listened intently, but immediately rolled her eyes and refused to hear about a possibility of ADHD when I brought it up. Said I would have been diagnosed in high school, but my file in front of her said homeschooled because I was so unable to function in high school. Go figure. You'll get somewhere with AllHealth, but you won't get far and it might add to your trauma list.
The only reason this review has any stars, is because of their customer service rep. Aaron showed me more professionalism and dedication than anyone who actually works in the office. Where to begin… I made an appointment for my daughter back in September. Fast forward to the day of her appointment, which was today. I get a voicemail an hour before our scheduled time telling me that 1. They don’t take BCBS, 2. They are not taking any new patients. If this appointment was for me, I’d get over it, but this is for my daughter who has been waiting for this, looking forward to this. I am livid. I hope nobody else is let down by this business.
Great professionals, hard at work.Willing to give me a chance at having a good life.It can be tough at times but that always pull through! Its been 12 months to add to this previous post. The Professionals after reading other posts, there is no perfection but a strive towards that. Right now I recieve great care through them,I monitor myself daily which gives me and them a good idea. That is in my opinion and how I handle things.
Dr. Amy was amazing. She actually listened to how I was feeling and made me feel less alone. People who have answered the phones have been more than helpful and very friendly.
Horrible. Therapist repeatedly triggered my PTSD and had me throwing up in the parking lot.
All Health did help me recognize the emotional abuse I had been experiencing, but I felt I was put on a timeline for recovery and the trauma was not being addressed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
