List of Centura Parker Adventist Hospital's Reviews
This place......... my father in law went to the emergency room where he unfortunately passed away. We were out of town so it took is a couple days to get back to Parker. In the meantime we ok'd the transfer of his body to the organ and tissue donor facility where his wallet and keys were not listed on the chain of custody! We had security look over the footage of my father in law entering the ER with his keys and wallet and enter his ER room. We were told nobody went into his room except hospital staff......... staff knew that his family was out of town and would take a couple days to return. His wallet and keys were stolen and then they went to his apartment and ransacked the place! Hospital has made 0 attempt to make things right amd claim no responsibility! They said they performed an "internal" investigation....... We filed a police report and has gone nowhere! Thank you so much to the hotel staff for robbing a dead guy!
As a note I have been a nurse for 30 years. Went to ER I knew I had a DVT needed an ultrasound to confirm it was positive. Gave them the pharmacy that stocked the required drug they sent the Rx elsewhere that could not get it for 5 days. Called 4 times to get it sent to the correct pharmacy they never did. Called because they have a lot of incorrect information in my chart they said there was nothing they could do to correct it. Called patient advocacy 3 times no response. House supervisor 2 times no response. Medical director 2 times no response. Completely substandard care!!!
Dr. Scott C. Eskestrand is a doctor that seriously has a power trip and clearly think people are here just for meds. I've had Sickle Cell all my life and never have I've been treated this way. Came up to visit my mom from New York and he asks like I want to spend my vacation here. No I just want to be treated fairly and gets the meds I deserve. He then lies and says i refused a test in the ER that they didn't even offer. Parker please check in on the way your doctors speak and handle these patients. It's not right! My home doctor even had advice for him but I guess he knows me better than someone that's specialized in Sickle Cell?. Anyways I think Parker should get Sickle Cell training for all their staff. Pushing fluids down their veins hasn't been best practice for years now.
Worst ER visit ever!! The PA and nurse I had were very rude, seemed like they just wanted to get me out. Came in with high blood pressure, chest pain and shortness of breath. They told me it was probably high because I was anxious being at the hospital even though it was high before I came in. Then they discharged me and GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSES PAPERWORK! Never will I go to this ER again!!
It's Wednesday Midday and I drove 25 mins to come especially to this location because they used to care about Everyone. Not the case anymore My 5 year old had a breakout all over his body and his face was becoming blotchy. The Triage Nurse didn't even come in to see him, and also Only showed concern when headed for the door. I AM Extremely disappointed in this location and will not recommend this place for children of color or minorities.
Do not go here for mental health during a crisis or life threatening situation. They will take away your rights, deny you visitors, treat you with absolutely no respect, and laugh in your face. The lack of professionalism and order in a scary situation was the worst thing I have had to go through. None of those staff should be working anywhere near people in need. The reports of the situation are also filled with blatant lies despite the security cameras and witnesses. All around a corrupt and disgusting group of people.
The mental health resources here are an absolute joke. Rose is a sweetheart (psychologist or psychiatrist), and possibly the only decent soul in the entire department. If you go in for help with mental illness they will force you to sign away your rights, call the cops on you to drag your family away from you, threaten to tie you to the bed and medicate you, and refuse your visitation rights. And that's just the beginning. If you take your kid or loved one here the staff will drive them into a much deeper and darker place. There has got to be a list of lawsuits against this hospital and I will be adding another to the list soon.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. The staff was terrible and rude and condescending. I asked for many nurses and doctors name to report and they said they could not give me that information. I had a choice to go here or to the hospital in Aurora. Wish I went to the hospital in Aurora off Havana. Absolute horrible staff. When your in a stressful situation, you should expect kindness. That is not the case at this hospital
Had robotic surgery scheduled here and it went smoothly! The surgeon and anesthesiologist were exceptional, check in process was smooth. My only minor concern was IV placement but you can blame my veins for that
Doctor was insanely rude, looked in the room and walked out without saying anything more than once, also a nurse just as nasty. Like they have a little bully group. Not all the staff was rude thankfully but wow, embarrassing.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
