in the emergency room dr kasai took time to explain everything not just to my mom ( the patient) but to me and then the third time, on facetime to my brother. this was a risky emergency surgery (she had a hole in her intenstine) and we knew she might not pull thru. it was scary. The surgeon dr kasai was so kind when she explained how things would go before and also how things went after. she had a great sense of humor and brought joy to our day after. and then getting our mother to a nursing home. for a very stressful time in our lives, she was there for us and most importantly saved our mom's life. (and by the way she is back home now)

Well, I can’t even describe my pain before I met her. The gallstone was blocking my bile duct and I had the worst experience ever. Eliza helped me to understand more what was going on and I was finally feeling relieved to have my surgery with her. I highly recommend Eliza.

Eliza Kassai was nice to work with and I had my hernia surgery and feel like a new person now. She literally saved my life. She is amazing. I’d say definitely recommend her.

Unethical practices, greedy, aggressive, unprofessional & inexperienced. If anyone reads this, I would say run for the door. I may post in details about our experience here on this platform at later time . I had submitted my post to Health grade & other related sites. These sites micromanage all reviews. If it not in their favor , they will not post.

As a patient who was not expected to pull through given the severity of my operation, I am beyond thankful, and forever endowed to Dr. Kassai; I was thoroughly impressed by her: professionalism, kindness, and aptitude to help. Throughout the course of my recovery process Dr. Kassai has been hands on, and extremely helpful personally, I've felt more than comfortable expressing any questions or concerns that I may have regarding my road to recovery. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares for their patients safety, and wellbeing - I believe these traits transcend in how she communicates, and expresses her concerns with those she comes across. Dr. Kassai is amazing, and I'm more than happy to give her the five stars across the board that she deserves.
