Online Reviews Breakdown
List of Kevin Miller's Reviews
I've been going to Dr. Miller for about 6 years, after I broke 2 teeth grinding them in the night. He has always explained things thoroughly so I can make informed decisions, and he did a great job with my bridges. Don't understand the negative reviews honestly, he is always very pleasant and personable to me. I specifically schedule with him because he is gentle and does good work. The hygienists, xray techs, front office staff are also great.
Dr. Miller was egotistical, arrogant and condescending as he and I discussed what I had been previously told by Parker Dentistry during previous appointments. He quickly became agitated with our discussion and abruptly told me that I had the option to go to another dentist. Which I did.
Dr. Miller clearly does not enjoy his chosen profession. In addition to complaining about other patients, he (his staff—he didn’t even come in to check the fit) put a bridge in my mouth that didn’t feel right from the start. I was in pain from day one. I ended up getting two unnecessary root canals (from an emdodontist that he referred me to) because of the pain, which was unresolved. Long story short, the bridge was too large and had been forced onto my teeth. This caused two teeth to fracture, causing not only chronic pain, but the loss of both teeth and a HUGE dental bill. I will NEVER go back to this “dentist”.
If i could give less than one star, i would. i went in on a dental emergency on April 12. Don't go to this office to see dentist Kevin Miller, unless you love to pay your money to be mistreated! Kevin Miller does not entertain patient questions. Actually, questions make him really upset. His demeanor and facial expressions were so unpleasant and unwelcoming, I just had to decline service, and walk out. The rest of the team is super lovely, though.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
