This is extremely time sensitive. Dr. Lora or Dr. Michael, please contact us regarding your advances at your earliest convenience so we can clear this up. UPDATE: I have called the office multiple times with no call back. This is urgent, please have them call our office.

Like other people, I have been trying to get my bill sorted out. I called multiple times and even sent emails. I also disputed with my credit card (CareCredit). All I wanted was a full receipt of all my treatment for the past 3 months so I could make sure I was charged appropriately. Unfortunately, each time, I was told yes, we will send it, and they never did. I won't pre-pay ever again for care like this, so I learned my lesson. If you are reading this, I hope you learn from my lesson too!

One excellent massage therapist, have to go in to debt to receive service (which I now know is illegal) and whether medically advised "no more chiropractor" or not, if there is ANY refund coming, you are ignored. I have asked for statements, refund, for over 6 months and am completely ignored. This is Illegal, fraudulent and I may have to sue them. They will not give a copy of contract you signed which is not signed with consideration (illegal) and information (copy) regarding contract (fraud through omission) is NEVER given. Demand monthly statements, you guys. They are a fraudulent business getting away with it because you do not know the law. When

The staff is very nice and welcoming. Lori is always very happy and excited to see you when you are there. Lori is very informative and always has time to answer any question or concerns you may have. They helped me through a very serious injury and I cannot thank them enough. It's a great place to get your bones cracked.

The team of Dr Doug and Dr Lora did a fine job of assessing my problems. Their care plan took into account my pain levels and restrictions in movement. They were gentle and effective. I would encourage anyone with pain to go to them for treatment.
