Doctor Bala has changed my life for the better. I'm so thankful for him and Reneka. Every single time I have a problem with refills Reneka fixes it at super-hero speeds. I am so happy to have them on my team.

Dr Bala and his staff are very professional they are all very polite a great experience I would highly recommend this place I had visited another allergist that said I had no allergy's so I suffered for a few more years and finally I found Dr Bala and I was diagnosed with 3 allergy's and it's been just about a month since my visit and I have am getting my life back I know longer feel hopeless Thank you Dr Bala and his staff!

Very rushed visit, price-gouging bill, hard to understand from such strong accent, and I was told I was allergic to "weeds". Whatever that means.

Dr. Bala is very thorough in diagnosing and treating asthma and allergies. His treatment plan is long term and has helped me stay symptom free for years.

The staff was courteous and very efficient the dr. Not so much. He was very rude. I went to him for a legitimate issue and he refused to run the panels I requested and told me I didn't need an allergist I needed therapy. Finally agreed to run one IGe test would never go there again hopefully he's not as rude as was with me to other people

Dr. Bala himself is nice but his MA is not. I had long wait times and was taken to my room by his receptionist. His normal MA was in the nurses station on her phone while I was having my PFT done. She also never calls back with questions I have. All in all Dr. Bala needs new staff.

Huge heart. Calls back almost immediately if I'm having a problem, between patients, not at the end of the day or next morning. Always available. Listens! Wish all my doctors were like this man.
