Met the Doctor today she was late she also was uncaring not the type of rheumatologist I’m used to who takes blood. Etc. she sent me out of her office devastated. The VA is a joke they truly hate veterans and this dr clearly doesn’t care for her patients. When I asked about her recommendations for pain she said CBD I’m over hearing that. Dr. Chavda is such a great Rheumatologist! She cares about her patients and has the "BEST" bed side manner a person could ask for. I highly recommend her to anyone in search of a good Rheumatologist. Waited for over an hour to see her. Not personal at all. Yawned several times during our very short visit. Left me with basically no info. No suggestions to different types of choices to my situation . I left with no answers or understanding my diagnosis. Will not go back. Her staff was very nice. 1 star cause of her staff!

I appreciate the time she spends with me and making sure I know she's always available if I have questions. I was diagnosed with a rare condition and she's wasted no time getting me answers and treatment

This doctor has no bedside manner, puts me on meds that made me very sick and after 6 months refuse to try something new told me my insurance wouldn't allow her to change to a new medicine when calling my insurance asking if this were true I was told that's not how it works only way medicine can be denied if the insurance didn't cover and doctors have the right to change the medicine when telling her of this she told me I would be worse in 3 years and I will be back when I'm fully crippled that she could no longer help me w This doctor has no bedside manner, puts me on meds that made me very sick and after 6 months refuse to try something new told me my insurance wouldn't allow her to change to a new medicine when calling my insurance asking if this were true … More

Doesn’t listen Doesn’t care. I’m a nurse and am looking for another doctor even if I have to go to another city. I want treatment for my individual needs not cookie cutter practice where all patients get the same thing whether it works or not.

It's not the most professional office, but she was nice. But the bad experience really came when my insurance no longer covered her. I had trouble getting records transferred so another doctor could review them. When I finally got them sent, I got a letter dated for that day saying they would no longer provide medical or medication assistance. I wasn't even accepted anywhere yet!!! Then she never sent my last prescription and refuses to. So even though I begged another office to accept me quickly, I am out of meds and can't get them for a couple weeks due to lapse in a medical provider.
