Worst experience from a doctor I've ever had in my 59 years of life. This guy is rude, crude and has no bedside manners. I was treated like a cattle and not a person. Don't waste your time with him.

I had Dr. Anderson do surgery on me and he was terrific. His staff was outstanding. His attention to detail in his office, before and after surgery were A Plus. Could not have been happier.

Was seen at appt time. Dr. Anderson's bedside manner was very good and he took the needed time to explain details of available options. Time to answer the phone is a bit lengthy but did get through. Overall, a very good experience.

Dr. Anderson was professional in person. I have used him for over 10 years based on the recommendation of my primary care physician. At the appointments it was a good experience. The problem is with the follow up questions. Their answering service takes 10 to 20 minutes to get through. When asked to get a callback, they never called back. When I finally got in contact with a Nurse at their Louisville Office they indicated they never got a message to call to me back. The nurse indicated that the waiting for the answer service has been this way for the last 2 years. I find it odd that they would accept this level of poor performance. Seems like a poor business decision that impacts the lives of their patients. VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. If you are concerned about something significant I would look for another provider that has a better follow up.

Dr. Anderson and staff are wonderful. Annie, who is always positive and friendly, helps the patients check in and schedule appointments, among many other responsibilities. She has a warm, caring personality. Lynn is also caring and compassionate, especially when a patient is nervous about a procedure or waiting for biopsy recults to come back. I know that both of these gals have "my back" as I go through my bladder cancer journey. Dr. Anderson has given me excellent care and his sense of humor has eased my mind many times. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr Anderson performed green laser surgery to alleviate my BHP. It worked marvelously. Instead of getting up 2-3 times per night I am down to 0-1 times. After the operation the catheter was taken out the following morning. No dribbling and good control. Max urine volume went from about 150 ml to 440 ml. Retroejaculation of course, but sex still feels good. Thoroughly recommended. This has changed my life.

We love Dr. Anderson but his office staff is very unhelpful. They provide you with the rules but they don’t understand your personal situation. We’ve been seeing this doctor for 10 years and on a scale of 1 to 10 I’d give them a two.
