Tech had no awareness of patient, their injury, or how that injury was limiting them. She stopped ultrasound before scanning are with the injury and had to be asked by the patient to complete ultrasound.

The technician was pleasant, energetic and very clear and detailed in explaining what to expect with contrast imaging. She is wonderful!

My experience here was as perfect as a medical experience can get. Professional staff (Mike was incredibly knowledgable, personal, and genuinely caring--his expertise on the MRI machine is bar none), aesthetically clean and pleasant facility, fast results--and only $75 out of pocket. Compare this to where I first went--Simon Imaging on Broadway in Denver--unprofessional; an old, unkept MRI machine that broke, and more than $400 out of pocket.

While the imaging itself was quick and easy, touchstone as a whole is a nightmare to deal with when it comes to claims and billing. I and my insurance company have called over 5 times trying to get a refund processed and they keep sending me "updated" statements after sending my claim to review saying I owe them MORE money. Frankly the most frustrating billing department I've ever dealt with. It's been months and it still unresolved.
